Our lovely shack is situated within the exclusive "Ridgeway Private Estate" half way between Morgan and Blanchetown. The location ensures quiet waters often having the river to yourself! Why share the ski beach with 20 others when you can ours to yourself within a very quiet estate?! There is a double width cement boat ramp about 50mts from the home within the estate.
Set on a 2000 sq mt block, with a 30mt frontage the home sits 50mts back from the river above the 1956 flood level, giving it spectacular views over the river and cliffs beyond. The property has it's own private grassed ski beach directly in front of the home, allowing space for 2 boats if required. Throughout the day there is always an area of the ski beach which is in shade. The grass gives way to a sandy entry into the water, which starts shallow - great for the kids to swim - and slowly drops off.
The inside of the home is complete with a main bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite. The second room has a queen size bed, third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed and the last with a bunk bed and a single bed. Bedrooms 1-3 all have views over the river. All beds have waterproof mattress protectors
The home has a large open plan living, under the TV you'll find a growing collection of DVDs (mostly kids) and books. The living are leads out onto a large decked veranda area, completely enclosed with balustrade. On the decking is a large table with seating for all guests and a new 6 burner flat plate hooded BBQ.
The home has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning, CD player, ipod docking station, large plasma with TV reception, DVD player and DVDs, and a number of board games.
The property sleeps up to 11 adults and It is most suitable for 2 - 3 families. It is not suitable for bucks weekends/schoolies etc.
Linen is provided for the king bed only, we have done this to keep costs down for our guests. Hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied.
Guest wills need to provide all other linen including quilts, pillows, sheets, towels. Guests are asked to leave to property in a clean and tidy state,, any extra cleaning that is required may incur extra cost that will be taken from the bond.
You will love our little piece of paradise! For added comfort this year we have installed new block out blinds, which are doubled with block out curtains, a must for those holiday sleep ins! A new 6 burner BBQ is out on the deck, and we have replaced our much loved 8 seater dining table with a new 10-12 seater to accommodate all guests.

Sorry - STRICTLY NO PETS. We do not allow pets at our property.
There is a set bond of $500 which will be returned upon an inspection.
NEW YEARS, there is a minimum stay of 5 nights over this period as well as an increased bond of $800.
Easter is a minimum of 4 nights
For all public holiday weekends a minimum 3 night stay is required.
When there is only 2 nights over summer available we will take 2 night bookings.
If possible we may consider shorter and extended stays, please message to discuss.
Located in between Morgan and Blanchetown with no shacks across from us, its a perfect skiing location away from the larger estates. Close enough to all Riverland towns and Caudo winery for day trips and shopping
