This two story spacious home is only two-years-old. Furnished specifically as a vacation rental destination, all the furnishings are new and comfortable. The gigantic granite and stainless steel kitchen, Large dining table and two family rooms makes this home perfect for multiple families to share.
In place of a formal living room the owners have turned the space into a game room complete with pool table and seating. The large two car garage offers plenty of covered parking. A Brinks security system ensures piece of mind.
The property sits on a man-made lake with 2 fountains in the center, a beautiful view. The International Tennis Center is at the entrance to the community and LPGA golf course is directly across from the community.
The property is well managed and daily cleaning service, catering, and concierge service is available.

This property is a family investment. Owners Richard and Mary Beck have joined forces with their family located in Daytona Beach Florida and Louisville Kentucky. It is one of many property investments for the owner but the first to be offered as a vacation rental. The owner is retired from the publishing business but still maintains many personal ventures. His daughter manages the property and owns the only arts and entertainment publication in the Daytona Beach Market. He works with his son in law in the Daytona Beach Market with Beck Holmes Contracting Solutions. The owners are animal lovers and own two Bernise Mountain Dogs at their permanent residence in Louisville Kentucky.

The location is perfect for anyone in our family or our friends to visit and find something of interest nearby.
Great vacation home to stay at!! Had all the trimmings from towels to food seasoning!! We had 6 adult occupants and the space was very spacious!! I felt so comfortable here, it felt like home!! I hated to leave!! The pool was a great addition!! This home is very spacious with 2 living room areas. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious!! This home is a few miles from the "city life" but it wasnt a bad commute. Thank you for such a great space and opening your home to vacationers!!

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to this beautiful, spacious and comfortable home that includes a lovely swimming pool and terrace, a billiards table and pinball machine, and two very large flat screen TVs. Within a few blocks, there is a great USTA tennis club where for $10 you can play all day. We were so pleased to discover that the house is conveniently located to several beaches and Ponce Inlet light house and numerous really cool water-front restaurants. Loved having breakfast overlooking the pool and lake and cooking dinner on the delux grill. My husband and I both cook so we loved the huge kitchen. Tammy and Paul keep this house immaculate and their loving care is evident in their attention to detail throughout. We slept soundly every night in the very comfortable beds with high-end sheets and comforters and are looking forward to returning.
This is our 3rd stay at this property. We love it. It's VERY CLEAN and that is super important to me. The home is well taken care of, the pool is beautiful. The owners are amazing to work with and I've yet to find better people to rent from. We have family in the Daytona area and truly love the location of the house. It's nice and private. Perfect for jogging or walking. It's close to 95 and getting to the ocean is easy. We aren't into the whole Spring Break crowd thing, so we don't mind being away from all that. Huge thanks to Tammy for making our vacation perfect!!
We've stayed at 3 other homes in the Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area and this house is by far the best! This was our 2nd stay and we LOVE IT! Tammy and her dad are the perfect hosts and have everything you need in the home for a great stay. The location of the home is perfect. The house super clean, stocked well and did I mention clean? (That's a huge requirement for me!) The pool is beautiful and warm! There's a great Weber grill to use on the patio. My family love the pool table. They have nightly tournaments. There is nothing that I have an issue with when it comes to this home. The best part is Tammy is great to work with and so friendly. Knowing that we are staying at this home again made planning our vacation easier because I knew that the home was PERFECT! Thanks again for a perfect trip!
My wife and I have just returned from our second visit to Daytona Beach in the last 2 months. On each occasion we have used this home for our lodging. The first time I happened to bump into it while searching for lodging close to our daughters home in LPGA. We had such a great experience the first time, we only considered this home for our second visit in August. While the location is approximately 20 minutes from the actual beach it has exceptional access to I95 and I4. The home itself has everything you could possibly want---space, fully and very nicely furnished, large flat screen TV's with cable, and exceptional amenities like quality bed linens, towels, etc. In addition the screened salt water pool is perfect for early morning or late evening relaxation, and spectacular should your children (or in our case grandchildren) accompany you. Enough cannot be said about the owners, their professionalism, incredible responsiveness, and overall hospitality. I spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry including CEO positions for two major hotel companies, and can assure you these owners match anything you will find in effectively dealing with guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, and courtesy.
Daytona Beach is a Beach Destination and Intercoastal destination which offers all forms or water activities and sports. Lists will be provided to renters.
