The guest house is a completely separate dwelling from the main house. It is extremely spacious and has its own kitchenette with bar fridge/freezer, tea & coffee making facilities, sink, TV, and double sliding doors on both sides with access to both the courtyard and lawn. The guest house has it’s own lockable entrance, air con/heating and full bathroom.
The al fresco entertaining pavilion overlooks the large saltwater pool and is covered making it usable all year round and has a BBQ area and outdoor setting. From here you can see straight to the water and Q1 tower. Off the main lounge is another sitting area and grassed space, as well as the front sitting area near the guest house. Overall there is plenty of areas to kick back and relax as well as enjoying you own double pontoon a known great fishing and crabbing spot with white sandy beach.
