A peaceful spacious holiday home in a quiet street in a holiday suburb by the sea. Nearby beach and jetty for swimming, historic township for walking, relaxing and more!

Are you looking for a comfortable home with lots of room that’s spotlessly clean, safe, and secure, perfectly located in a holiday and relocation suburb with unlimited hot water, unlimited wireless internet, and unlimited things to do in the local area? All this and good value too?

You have found the right home!

In our seaside holiday suburb (with some of the best beaches in the state) you can swim, surf, kayak, or paddle at the beach, from the jetty, under the reef or in the nearby river. You can play or relax in our natural environment of sea and sand under clear blue skies where memories are created to share or keep! Soak up the sun whilst you relax.

We moved here ourselves in 2007 and can offer advice and support. We have provided quality furnished homes in our seaside town since 2009 so don’t worry: we won’t be cancelling your booking at the last moment leaving you with nowhere to stay! Everyone will love my home because of space, the outdoor area (birds in the garden, and watching sunsets from the deck.) If you like a home with a comfortable bed, a secure garden, quiet neighbourhood, and beautiful sandy beaches this is the place for you.

This is a holiday village (for over a hundred years!) and you will love the relaxed holiday feel with miles of quiet sandy beaches, fishing spots, walks and bike paths.

Overseas visitors are welcome and we have hosted families from all over the world..interstate guests (and non-Crows or Port supporters) also welcome!

We are 15 minutes from Flinders and welcome stays from those needing quick access to medical facilities: Noarlunga hospital only 3 minutes away.

You have access to the entire furnished and fully equipped home from home.

You will have access to Free and Unlimited wireless internet during your stay.

This is the perfect location whether you are relocating / moving here as migrant or visiting for a relaxing holiday stay. You can stroll to the amazing local cafes and restaurants.

The space

Welcome to your unique holiday location with everything you need right on your doorstep.

It is a quiet safe neighbourhood with walking access to local supermarkets, entertainment, beaches, and transport links.

Our eco- friendly (solar, water tanks, inverter aircons, insulation, pool covers etc) are waiting for you to make them your home during your stay.

With gorgeous beaches on your doorstep (Port Noarlunga and Christies have kilometres of unspoilt beaches and Port Noarlunga has won Australia’s cleanest beach award in 2009). There are shopping centres, cinemas, sports centres, gyms, and transport hubs only a few minutes’ WALK away and everything is within easy reach.

You can take a walk along our beachside esplanade walk or through a local reserve complete with kangaroos! Our local area is unique and unspoilt. The Port Noarlunga jetty is a popular angling and diving spot and it’s protected by a natural reef with ideal swimming conditions. The adjacent beach at Port Noarlunga South is a popular surfing spot.

Hire snorkelling gear and be amazed at the amount of marine life you can spot around the jetty and reef.

The wine-lands district of McLaren Vale and quiet coastal towns are also only a short 12 to 15 minutes distance away. There isn’t any other suburb that has so much variety of activities or places within such a short distance from them.

If you are looking for scenic walks, a lazy evening watching the sunsets over the ocean or a walk to local eateries this is the place. Relax and enjoy the ambience of the garden and the visiting birds.

We are so fortunate to have so much to offer. For those families that are relocating to our suburb the popular Port Noarlunga primary school is only a 900m walk away and there are supermarkets and shops in Beach Road, parks, tennis courts, bowling green, footy oval and reserves just around the corner.

You will have:

2 bedrooms, double carport / garage.

Fully air-conditioned with vents in each room.

Gas heating for winter and colder months. One in lounge and one in main bedroom.

Lounge - Fully furnished with tv, DVD player

Kitchen – Fully fitted with all appliances, oven, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Fridge / freezer. Additional compact oven.

Oven and hob.

Main bedroom - Queen sized comfortable quality bed, built in cupboards, dressing table and side drawers.

Bedroom 2 – Double bed with top bunk (sleeps 3), side table.

Large Main bathroom - with shower (wheelchair accessible).

Washing machine.

Driveway with a double carport / garage with electronic door.

Rear garden – The garden is securely fenced. The cottage has a large covered deck area with outdoor furniture. The garden has a clothes line and established lawn. The views overlook the sea.

Play area provided for young children.

Linen and towels. Pool and beach towels also provided.

The established garden is maintained on a weekly basis

Unlimited wireless internet included.

Complimentary tea, coffee, and milk are provided.

Additional items for your use include washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, body gel, shampoo, conditioner, waste bags.

For families with children our child friendly home has a portable cot, highchair, and toys.

For those who are relocating I am always available to help with any of your needs. If it’s privacy you require this safe, secure, and private self- contained holiday and migrant home is the perfect home down under. I choose to live in the same suburb and can help with sightseeing advice or settling in assistance if required.

5 homes are in the same road and 2 others are only 4 roads away.

You can let yourself in at any time so arriving on a late flight is not a problem: self-check in by means of combination key safe outside of the house (no issue with arriving late).

I have additional homes for rent and it’s always possible to split your stay between different homes if you require a longer period.

The larger house available for rent (Seaview house) is situated at the front of this home.

If required there is a shared play area with swing and slide.

Shops within a short walk, transport links into the city, beaches down the road and a wine region only a short12 minutes’ drive.

Getting around

Safe and secure off-street parking.

We are so close to so much: There are so many fun this to do.

- Make sure you get down to McLaren Vale wine region (12 mins away)

- Cafe culture and restaurants with and delicious bakery treats at Port Noarlunga and Beach Road, Christies Beach, and esplanade (12 mins walk or 2 minutes’ drive)

- Pristine sandy shore at Christies Beach and jetty at Port Noarlunga

- Big shopping centre at Centro Colonnades shopping.

- Transport into Adelaide city via the new expressway, electric train, and bus service. Free park and ride with secure parking.

Our southern expressway takes you to Flinders Medical centre within 15 minutes (we have many guests who are having treatment there). The expressway gets you into the city in 30-35 mins. Our local hospital in Noarlunga is 2 minutes away.

Freeway south to the McLaren Vale wine region in 10-15 mins.

Take a short walk or drive to Beach Road or directly to the large shopping centre, library, selection of shops or one of Adelaide's cleanest sandy beaches at Port Noarlunga or Christies. See photos. 2-mins away.

Rent one of our pet friendly properties and visit the pet beach at nearby O Sullivan’s.

There is a bus stop at the end of the street. (2 mins walk) or walk to the local Noarlunga transport interchange.

Train service to the Adelaide CBD 5 mins away by car.

Quiet 2 bedroom - so much better than a motel room

Thought the cottage was fab- quiet, comfortable and introduced us to Port Noarlunga which we really liked. [Try the Indian!] Own locked carport, up the motorway to Adelaide city not a problem. The bed and bedding was comfortable ++
