Home away from Home

  • 5 of 5

We are definitely going to stay here again, fits 2 families with kids comfortably. Beds were very comfy. The fire place warmed the whole house and was where we hung our snow gear to dry. Kids loved seeing the kanagaroo's hopping everywhere.

Both families were very happy with Glen Morven house and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Suitable is an Understatment, it was perfect!

  • 5 of 5

Glen Morven house was perfect for our weekend away from reality. The house is of older style and this is what we loved about it the most. With the freezing weather we have in the Snowy Mountains the fire place kept 4 of us comfortably warm with a generous amount of wood to burn during the weekend.

The views and the wildlife kept everyone happy and the quietness of this place was amazing!

So much to say, so much to reccomend.

Have already worked out dates to book again!

What a wonderful place Glen Morven is.

And even better Jenni & Peter were lovely to deal with! :)

Great for a fishing weekend

  • 5 of 5

Nice easy stay! Jenni was incredibly quick to get back to us regarding availability. Check-in was easy with keys in a locked box, and there was plenty of firewood to keep the upstairs toasty warm. BBQ got a good workout too! There is minimal mobile reception though (even on Telstra) and the decor/fitting etc. are very original, but the beds were comfortable and it's well priced. We had a great weekend - thanks!

Lovely quiet retreat

We had a really super time at Glen Morven, quiet and peaceful. It was delightful to sit on the veranda, overlooking the lake, and watch the world go by.

Perfect for a large family

  • 5 of 5

Glen Morven House was perfect for our family. It was clean and welcoming. Jenni and Peter provided everything we needed for our weekend away. The boys loved having their own space downstairs, the living area was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The wood burning stove kept the house warm and toasty in the cool evenings and mornings of our summer visit. Thank you!
