There is also a $500 bond . Payment of tariff in full must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. The bond is paid back by direct debit within 5 business days of leaving, or by other arrangements with owners. STRICLY NO PARTIES. NON SMOKING


Every endeavour is made to re book the time cancelled, but if this is not possible your deposit is forfeited. If the time is re-booked by another client, your deposit is refunded in full (less a $100 cancellation fee). Also if the new booking rate has to be discounted then the shortfall is deducted from your deposit. Notification of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to your booking.

A Disappointment over Christmas

A disappointment given the high cost of this unit over Christmas. Inside clean and acceptable but external areas a disappointment with cobwebs and spiders in porch, garage and outdoor furniture. Outdoor furniture could not be used as chair fabric disintegrating. Garage floors dirty with sand and leaves and outdoor area pavers with sand and weeds growing through them. Flyscreens and windows required cleaning as did the small carpet in living area. Downstaris aircon struggled to keep unit cool above 30 deg and upstairs portable unit had no connection of vent to outside. No towel rail or bins in upstairs ensuite and door handles were loose in downstairs bathrooms. Many small items required maintenance and given the start of the vacation season it was disappointing that they had not been fixed. DVD player was also broken. BBQ required a good clean. Notwithdstanding, the unit was in a good location, was a good size with 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuites, and it was dog friendly although dogs were kept outside.

Okay property

Nice place but so close to neighbours that any noise echoed through street. Property could do with bins in toilets, instructions on appliances and more local information on things to do.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was a great size for our family and located close to a quiet 4WD accessible beach. All our needs were met, just a shame there is no outlook over the Marina or the Bay.

Nice and clean family house in a good area located close to all amenities and tourist destinations in the area.

house was clean, tidy and secure and with 3 bathrooms which you don't normally see in holiday houses. The house was big enough for two families and children. Would recommend this house for family's looking for a nice and secure holiday house.

Poor property management

Had a lovely stay. Very clean, well kitted out, nice spot. Unfortunately the management of the property was poor. Several emails sent with no reply regarding receipt of deposit, confirmation of booking, arrival details. Ended follow up phone calls for anything to happen. Still have not received bond back (or return email explaining when it will be paid)...

Awesome property

The house had everything we needed for a fabulous weekend. Location was perfect too. Big enough for us to spread out and simply relax in our own way. The kids were amused with all the games and DVDs that were available, the gaming machine was also a big hit with kids and adults. Overall we were extremely happy with the property and the agent was delightful too. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend.
