Located at Katoomba in the heart of the Blue Mountains - is historic Burnie Brae (circa 1908), which is a Traditional Mountain Home.
This property has only recently been listed and will accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults as there are two bedrooms available for use in the house.
Initial pricing structure is based on only one bedroom being is use.
Second bedroom pricing is $90 (AUD) per night is locked off when not required.
The property is furnished to a high standard in a traditional manner suitable to a house of it’s era and also retains many of it original features, including it’s 11 foot high pressed metal Wunderlich ceilings in most of the rooms and Kauri Pine floorboards throughout.
Burnie Brae (circa 1908) is set amidst a leafy established garden, in a quiet historic precinct of the township and is within easy walking distance of the local main street with it’s shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
A short and easy drive away is the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park, with all its natural beauty and various attractions just waiting for you to explore.
The house is centrally heated and offers a very comfortable environment for those wanting space. As well as the formal lounge and dining rooms, there is a spacious country kitchen complete with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a relaxing double shower and the bedroom comes complete with a queen size bed to relax in, at the end of a fantastic day.
The second bed also has a queen sized bed if the option is taken.
Burnie Brae (circa 1908) is your 'home away from home' and is available to adults seeking a getaway from that busy city life.
Note: The property is only suitable for up to 2 couples (4 adults) to stay at a time and is a non-smoking and pet free environment, and is not suitable for children over the age of 15 months.

We are located close to town and are within an easy walk of the station and the main street with its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
If you need to purchase provisions for your stay, there is a Coles, a Woolworths and an Aldi supermarket close by, as well as various bottle-shops including a Dan Murphy’s about 150 metres away.
We are also close to the local cinema complex (The Edge), as well as the local aquatic centre which contains a 25 metre indoor heated pool, a 50 metre outdoor pool and gym facilities.

There is a minimum 2 night stay policy
Mon to Wed - $135 (AUD) per night
Thu - $100 (AUD) per night
Sat to Sun $175 (AUD) per night

28 nights - $3398 (AUD) 4 x weekly cleans and linen is included
Multiple pricing structures available and is dependant upon you individual requirements especially when a 2 bedroom option is required.
Mandatory cleaning is $50 additional per stay (except 28 days or more)
This property can be rented out as a two bedroom house as it can accommodate up to 4 adults for additional $90 per night (special prices are available for longs stay and you are better off contraction me for a special price).
Property is NOT suitable for children
NOTE: We do not take booking for Thu & Fri combinations unless the Sat is included.
