Great beach house
Terrific beach house opposite the marina. Warm comfortable house with great bed in front room.
Great beach house, owner helpful & considerate. Had everything we needed, peace & quiet. Just a nice place & great location across from the beach & boats. Will definently go back next time we come over east. Thank you Kirby.
Excellent place and perfectly sited, loved it.
Nothing not to like about this quaint house. Unfortunately for us our stay was only an overnight but would have loved to stay longer
Great host and communication.
Everything there for a great holiday.
We were a 'group' attending the Mt Gambier AG show and found the house and studio ideally located a half hour drive from the venue.
Our family with 2 small children stayed in the studio which allowed privacy but with all of the necessary facilities close at hand.
The house has everything in it for visitors and the iron and board where much appreciated. We used the washing machine too, it was great.
Heating with the split systems kept the house warm and it was the same in the studio. If heating has been a problem in the past, it certainly wasn't evident to our group.
We had dogs travelling with us, so the secure yard and garden, also the undercover area were ideal for keeping the animals entertained and dry.
The driveway amply allowed us room for a large van, trailer and an SUV.
The house is close to restaurants, shops and right on the waterfront.
Our only adverse comment would be the mouldy, musty odour when first entering the house. We aired the house regularly and it was fine for the duration.
Beautiful house, great location, clean and tidy with all essentials and necessities supplied. Although heating could be an issue on cold weather. highly recomended.
We had a great time. House had everything you needed, clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to take our dogs, great fenced area and they were allowed inside. Only complaint was the house was a little damp. Heaps of things to see within a short distance .
