This spacious Parkview Residence is perfectly set in the exclusive Ranford Park Estate situated in the heart of prestigious Canning Vale. It contains beautiful living conditions perfect for those who demand distinction, excellent, convenience and a peaceful stay in Perth.

The Parkview Residence is self-contained consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with air conditioning/ heating throughout the house. It can easily accommodate 12 guests and children comfortably. The main master bedroom has a king sized bed with a walk in robe, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, large shower area and spa bath. 3 further rooms have a queen sized bed, double sized and single beds. All of them with built in robes, bed fitted with quality linens and plenty of drawer and / or self space.

The living area has a large comfortable quality leather lounge suite, quality dining suite, LED TV, quality cutlery, crockery and NESPRESSO coffee machine.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area provides a huge space for you and family to relax and unwind.

The large patio outdoor, immaculately kept gardens and grassed area is equipped with a BBQ facility and dinning area. These facilities are available for you to extend your living and take advantage of the lovely days and nights of meals outdoor.

There is one lock up garage that with a remote control secure parking for 2 vehicles and open space outside available for another 2 vehicles. There are also ample of parking spaces available along the roadside.

Ranford Oval- Playfield and Children Play Ground

The Parkview Residence is located across the Ranford Oval and children play ground. There aren't houses on the opposite side of the street and only green park. The playfield is good for jogging and exercising. If you are an enthusiastic jogger or cyclist, there is a path way leading you to the sparkling blue Ranford lake. The playfield is also equipped with children's playing equipment and you can watch your children playing from the front yard of the house. Views overlooking the boutique green park and surrounding area can also be seen from the living area inside.

The Parkview Residence is ideally situated within Perth Suburbs and has easy Freeway access to the city.

House was lovely and clean with everything we needed available.Terence was very obliging leaving his phone number if we had any problems.Great shopping center 3 min drive away ,my daughter walked there in 10 mins.When we come back we will be giving Terence a call to stay there again

I love the house. Spacious, clean and the neighborhood is so peaceful and calm. The rooms are big and spacious. Very comfortable and we feel very happy and satisfied. Mr Terence is so nice and friendly. He let us stay a day earlier as there have been slightly a change of plan. He welcomed us with some hamper gift and even provide us halal store information. The house is near to the supermarket so it easy to go shopping and across the house is a park. i enjoyed the evening walk around the neighborhood. He is really helpful during the last day as he helped us load our big bags into the taxi trunk. We really really happy stayed here. Definitely will come again next time. :)
