Set on the slopes of Arthur's Seat and in the dress circle of Dromana. Only1 km to Dromana shops,restaurants, Safety Beach Peninsula Hot Springs and the Mt Martha Marina. Featuring a 1/3 acre private garden with ample space to entertain.

THINGS TO DO

There are walking tracks nearby to Arthur's Seat and the the old quarry. The Arthurs Seat Eagle Gondola ride is scheduled to open on December 3rd and can be seen at a distance from the house which adjoins the national park.

Local shops are a 10 minute walk. Many Mornington Peninsula wineries such as Foxeys Hangout, Polperro, Red Hill Estate, Montalto, Port Phillip Estate and Ten Minutes by Tractor are indeed a sh

ort drive away, making Jackson's a perfect place to base yourself for a wedding or just a relaxing gourmet weekend.

Dromana Drive in is a short drive away. On warm summer evenings take the folding chairs and enjoy a new release movie whilst sipping on a glass of bubbly or beer with snacks or buy a burger from the retro style diner.

The front deck features outdoor dining for 6 , and wicker chairs - perfect to enjoy the wonderful views of Port Philip Bay, Dromana Pier and surrounding rural views,.

The native garden attracts bird wildlife including Rosellas, Lorikeets. Bronzewings and Kookaburras. Relax in the hammock in the 1/3 acre garden or sit in a deckchair and admire the views with a complimentary coffee from your own Nespresso machine or a glass of bubbly.

Stunning garden and rural views can be seen through a huge double glazed picture window from the kitchen. Sliding doors open to a side deck with gas barbeque . There is a second 'drink fridge' downstairs near the entry to the house.

The living area opens to a large full length deck with stunning bay views and features new leather lounge seating, imported timber designer furniture and large 6 seater recycled elm dining table/chairs. A 60 inch LG flat screen TV offers viewing from all living areas. There are popular old board games, videos and a collection of our favourite cds, and music videos including 70s and ABBA.
