Fantastic LOCATION, Sea & Sun is the ONLY beach house remaining so close to the hugely popular Broadbeach city center. Situated on the Northeastern Corner of Broadbeach CBD Sea and Sun is a 1980's Beach House, Kids Friendly well equipped and comfortable Private House with private heated swimming pool and closed garage parking 2 to 3 cars. Single level beach house with just one small step elevating the house from the outside area, Sea & Sun is an accessible and easy to go around, which would fit yang kids and for people that finds it hard go up and down staircases.

** We highly recommend that you check our location/address on "google earth" and see it for yourself. You can have a clear view of the house pool, the solar system on the house roof, our yards and the garage/driveway. **

Sea & Sun Beach House allows to put away the car for the holiday and enjoy the shortest of strolls to the beach & surf. Enjoy less than a Minute Walk to the patrolled beaches of Kurrawa or Broadbeach, or the large local parks with playgrounds and barbecue facilities for the family. These beachfront parks also host the popular weekend Art and Craft Markets.

Walk to the Cafes and Restaurants just around the corner, and wander down the trendy Broadbeach streets. No parking hassles and easy access to Broadbeach Mall, and Oasis Shopping centre, Pacific Fair or Jupiters Casino and Gold Coast Convention Centre. The "Gold Link Light Rail" linking Southport, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach is a short stroll from the house.

Fully air-conditioned throughout every room, the house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms single level beach house. A large swimming pool with sitting area around it, and two more sitting and entertainment areas in the front and in the back of the house.

Enjoy the spaces to relax and enjoy the sun throughout the day in either of the 2 outdoor lounge, dining and entertainment areas with Full foxtel on the 54" LED Flat Screen TV, free WiFi, and Bluetooth music facilities, or perhaps just resting with a good book poolside on the recliners.

Indoors presents a soft 1980's beach theme with large spacious lounge seating with pool outlook, equipped with two 54" TV, full FoxTel, DVD, Xbox Video Games, Internet and WiFi all free to use. The home also has a large dining table area and bar stools perfect for social gatherings adjacent to the extensively equipped kitchen ready to cook up a storm.

A quality outdoor BBQ also offers great alfresco dining adjacent to the sunny daytime courtyard area or night time entertaining.

The sparkling Solar Heated private Pool equipped with large 4.5 m/dia umbrella, surrounded with child safety fence offering privacy and is perfectly North facing to capture the warmth of the suns rays. And the best part of the Private Holiday house stay is the flexibility for your to enjoy the heated pool and facilities exclusively, anytime of the day or night.

The property also has a fully equipped laundry facility with brand new large capacity washing and drying machines.

Guests are welcome to use free of charge the surfboards, bikes, game table and free WiFi. The house enjoys close proximity to the local patrolled beach. Guests in less than one minute would walk to the beach and would enjoy the clear water and surf.

Sea & Sun Beach House is a private lovely house. Though a stone throw from Broadbeach CBD we do have very nice neighbours and only take guests who agree to respect them and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, Coobowie Waters has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy.

We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together.

We DO NOT accept bookings from schoolies or groups of young singles! The minimum age we accept for booking is 32 y/o.

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

TARIFF; based on an 6 adult up to a total of 11 guests, adults and children. Over the 6th guest, each additional guest would be charged $50.00 per person per night. Children age under 5 y/o stay free of charge.

TARIFF includes a 10% GST and 10% commission for Stayz.com.au

Standard fee for linen and cleaning of $335.00 is included in the price.

Credit card security is required at check-in time. Photo of ID/Driving License will be taken up on check-in as well as the credit card security.

PERSONAL GREETING UPON ARRIVAL

You will be personally greeted upon your arrival and given a tour through the house and available facilities.

"THE LAST MINUTE" - bookings made within 1 week of your stay receive a 10% discount off your daily rate.

If you would like to proceed and secure your booking at Sea & Sun Beach House simply call our property manager Juan on or email your confirmation. A deposit pay of a nonrefundable 20% is required to confirm your booking and close these dates for you. Payment can be made by direct bank deposit or Visa/MasterCard (extra charge of 2% apply for credit card payments). You are also required to fill in our standard application form. It's that easy.

NOTE - Specials are not available during Christmas Holidays.
