The spacious living area has parquetry floors, contemporary Italian and Australian designed furniture, a 55 inch Sony Bravia LCD television and a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances. The bedrooms and living area have Sonos audio systems. Guests have access to a gym and indoor pool and spa.The master bedroom has an ensuite with a bath and both bedrooms have king size beds, the second bedroom’s bed can be converted to two king single beds.

In the heart of Melbourne with trams and trains close by the apartment is an ideal place to stay to enjoy the activities available during the International Comedy Festival, Melbourne Arts Festival, Summer Music Festival, Midsumma Festival, Formula One Grand Prix, Moomba, Australian Open, Royal Melbourne Show, Spring Racing Carnival and of course the AFL Grand Final.

Great apartment

It was a great apartment in a great area. The only thing we could find fault in was there was not a lot of flexibility for change. For example we requested a late check out and was told no. It was beautiful clean and extremely spacious

Huge and stylish

Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas and we were so happy with it. The pictures don't do it justice, it is massive and just gorgeous. Fantastic location, so handy for the Vic Markets. Beautiful place, highly recommend it.

Huge and luxe

Beautifully decorated apartment, with lots of space. Great location, had all the mod-cons a family with two young kids aged 6 and 10 needed. The ground floor exposure took some getting used to, but then we realised that people could only see the dining room part of the property and you feel like you're sitting at your own cafe table! Some strange architectural decisions, like the taps for the bath and shower being placed quite a long way away, but that won't stop us booking this apartment again. Although think we will give the cafe across the road a miss next time. The coffee tasted like beef stock! Thank you Rodger, for being so accessible and checking us in so efficiently.

Large and spacious

Great property and location with the carpark worked well. Having internet was essential and added value. Nice contemporary and fully equipped. Would recommend a little more comfort in the bedding and the lounge furniture.

Owner's Response: The apartment has top quality European and bespoke local furniture offering both great design and comfort. The bedding consists of high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and top of the line latex mattresses.
