Villa Monarma is a modern 4 bedroom fully furnished house featuring spacious, open plan lounge room, with a large 48 inch screen TV, second TV in the front bedroom which can also suit as kids corner.

DVD player & iPod docking system , 2 car lock up garage & an outdoor entertainment area with a gas BBQ are just some of the features of this beautifully appointed, modern and very comfortable home.

The house provides ample room from movement around, both inside and in the back yard, making it well suited for couples, families and business stays.

The house is fully heated and air conditioned and accommodates 10 people with 7 beds comprising of - 2 queen beds, 4 single beds & 1 double sofa beds. We are also children friendly and provide a portable cot and high chair at no additional charge.

The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with separate shower and bath, while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub and separate toilet.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and modern cooking appliances. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.

Cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.

The house boasts an outdoor entertainment area with table and chairs stacked in garage for your use.

The large fully equipped laundry includes modern washing machine and dryer.

The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at anytime. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking.

A pre-authorised PROPERTY BOND of $750 is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The STANDARD rate advertised is based on a maximum of 4 people over a period of 7 days or more during off peak or non special event dates. Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.

Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation/cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.

Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation-cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.

Beautiful large house

Lovely house to stay at, could not believe the size of the living room/kitchen area when we walked in! Woolies only 10 min drive aweay, city is 40 min drive. Great bathroom with lovely shower head, house was perfectly clean and modern. Slight downfall - would be great if the rooms had curtains! The venetian blinds do not block out the sun in the morning and difficult to sleep in. Would have been great if there was washing machine detergent/powder and tablets for the dishwasher (we have bought our own and left there for next user at the house). House seemed to literally have everything but those!

8 beds for 11 people booking

I want to make a review and complaint about the property I booked and stayed via your webpage, but when I tried to write the review and say that my email address not validated.

I booked for 11 people and confirmed for 11, however when we turned up there were only 2 queen & 4 single beds sleep only 8 people. We arrived late at night 10:30pm, we called but never had a return call even the next day. Therefore, made our stay really unpleasant as 2 adults have to sleep on couch and 2 10 years old kids on one single bed. And we had some call us at 5am in the morning!

When

I contacted the manager, they said as we have not arranged in advance of the beddings, but really how difficult it is to have 11 beds for 11 people booked??? And no apologise given to the lack of beds for our booking and a phone call at 5am.

The house is nice and clean, however with the sleeping arrangement & no apologise to the mistake is not acceptable.

They quick at deducting your money but slow in returning call & accepting they are at faults.

We take all of the feedback we receive very seriously in an aim to make our properties even better for our future guests. Our advertisement in regards to Villa Monarma is quite clear in that it provides an additional sofa bed in the lounge room which could have been opened up into a comfortable double bed, and two children would have found quite suitable. The extra linen for this bed was left at the property by our housekeeping. We would like to make it very clear that no one from our booking team would have contacted any one of our guests during unreasonable hours and we have no record of anyone being called at 5am. Our business hours are from 8am. While you have found the house to be "nice and clean" and have enjoyed the benefits of a complimentary eight seater car during your stay, we find it quite unfair that you have chosen to give your overall booking experience at this property one star only. We strongly believe that our homes provide a very good value for the money when hosting larger groups of travelers, as the case was with your family. We are committed to keeping our standards of excellence high and keep offering clean, comfortable and affordable homes for many years to come.
