About the property

Sea-n-Hills is a character filled 4 bedroom home, situated in Second Valley with only a 300 metre stroll to the beach.

It has a fantastic large decking area with table and chairs for 10+, plus an outdoor sitting/BBQ area. The decking area has a removable gate across the front steps, making the property fully fenced and safe for children and dogs.

It has two large queen bedrooms, one double bunk bedroom and one large single bunk bedroom, which doubles as a family/TV room with a couch, TV, PS3 and board games.

The two queen bedrooms have built in wardrobes so there is plenty of cupboard space.

Spacious and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, under bench oven and hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the cooking appliances needed.

Lounge area has flat screen led/lcd tv with Foxtel - movies + sport, DVD player, and a blu ray player. Dining area has 8 person table and chairs.

The house has a reverse cycle airconditioner in the lounge area. The bathroom has separate shower and a full size bath and there is a separate laundry with washing machine.

Toast some marshmallows and spend some quality time together with family and friends, around our new paved firepit area - fire season restrictions permitting. Pine tree park is across the road for a hit of cricket or a run around.

A brief walk takes you past the childrens playground to the Jetty Store for that litre of milk, coffee or newspaper, bait for the days fishing off the jetty. Or a short drive to Normanville or Yankalilla which has supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and numerous shops. Enjoy a really great meal or afternoon tea at nearby Leonards Mill, which has won numerous SA Tourism Awards.

Plenty of off street parking, with room to park your boat or caravan

Linen - bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels can be provided at an extra cost of $10 per person to cover cleaning etc.

Second Valley

Steep coastal cliffs, old boat sheds and fascinating geological formations help make Second Valley unforgettable.

Located 91 kilometres south of Adelaide, Second Valley is divided into two parts - the old mill on the main road and, down the valley to the sea, a tiny coastal port reminiscent of a Cornish fishing village.

Second valley is ideal as a Kangaroo Island stopover only 15 mins drive from the ferry or 20 mins from Deep Creek Conservation Park with its spectacular scenery and bushwalks. A short drive to several stunning golf courses and plenty more to see and do.

The location of Sea-n-Hills is fantastic - within an easy 100m walk there is a convenience store, playground, beach and historic jetty.

Directions

Second Valley is about 91km's South of Adelaide, or about 1.5 hours drive.

You can follow Main South Road all the way from the CBD to Second Valley and on the way you will pass through some of the fine districts that make the Fleurieu Peninsula so spectacular - McLaren Vale, famous for its' wines, Willunga and the Farmers Markets, Yankalilla, Normanville and then following the road right alongside the ocean you will come to Second Valley and turn off at Leonards Mill.

Turn left on Seacove Crescent and Sea-n-Hills is at number 12 on the left hand side.

EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY

This place has the perfect spot in 2nd Valley. We just spent a weekend here & thoroughly enjoyed it. We took our elderly mother & partner who were lost for words. Everything you could possibly need is in the house, tissues, toilet paper, dog bowl, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit(Thankyou it was needed)cupboards full of utensils & even a dog bowl.Our Molly the pug loved the garden & sun baking on the deck. Great communication with the lovely owners & most helpful. We definitely would recommend the Sea & Hills to anyone looking for a peaceful spot in a perfect location. 10/10
