.....Enjoy a relaxing stay at this beautifully presented fully furnished family home located in the quiet area in the suburb of Bayswater.

This family home has turned into a holiday home or a vacation rental for the pleasure of welcoming our guests to beautiful city of Perth, Western Australia. Nothing to bring but your suitcase, rest assured, this home will not disappoint you.

It was built to include today's modern facilities, fully equipped; this residence is simple but yet, has almost everything you will need. Every section of space has been made the most of with the best furnishings we can offer for the comfort and relaxation a holiday should be.


This is a double-storey brick house which has just completed building in April 2014. Fully carpeted, it has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep up to a maximum of 10 persons comfortably.

The bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. TV Room, family and meal area, kitchen, laundry and powder room are located downstairs.


Minimum stay is 3-7 days.

We have a strict NO PARTY policy.

This is a NON-SMOKING house.

Sorry, No PETS please.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stoves, electric oven and range hood, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, walk-in pantry, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, all crockery, utensils and cutlery.

Dish washing liquid.

Washing sponges, brush and tea towels.


Varieties type of teas, good quality coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper and oil.

First Aid Kit can be located in the kitchen should you require any medical supplies.

Known as the Garden City, City of Bayswater covers a beautifully maintained area of 33km2 located just 8km north-east of Perth. It is home to a number of picturesque, exciting and educational attractions and 10km of Swan River foreshore.

Bayswater is a northeastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the northern side of the Swan River, approximately 6.5 kilometres from the Perth CBD.

Bayswater lies within the local government area of the City of Bayswater, which also incorporates the suburbs of Bedford, Embleton, Morley, and parts of Maylands, Mount Lawley, Noranda and Dianella.

One of the major attractions of Bayswater is that it has the only Wave Pool in WA. The aquatic centre where it is housed also has training pools etc plus a fully equipped gym, fitness classes, child minding and a coffee shop.

Other sporting facilities in this area include a golf course, tennis courts, skate park, two indoor recreations centres as well as playing fields for numerous sports. Being so close to the CBD, there is plenty of shopping with large modern shopping centres and local stores, hotel etc.

As far as education goes there are plenty of schools, pre-primary, primary and secondary both state and private as well as further education institutions.

Entertainment and night is not far away in Perth and there are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets in close proximity. Other than that, it is also close to Morley Galleria and close to major roads, the Airport as well as excellent rail service.


Our house is conveniently located closer to Inglewood and Bedford suburbs but short drive to neighbouring Morley, Maylands, Mt Lawley, Dianella, Northbridge and Perth CBD.

++Meltham train station is only 6 stops to Perth City, running on Midland train line, to continue same train to Fremantle,

-- Iconic Swan River, where there are plenty of open parklands, a bird sanctuary, lake, wetlands, and views to the city and hills, free BBQ facilities and sheltered picnic tables, walking/running/cycling paths, a bird sanctuary, fishing jetty and a fabulous children's playground. . This is where the Avon Decent finishing line is located. On the other side of the river is Ascot Raceway.

Fantastic Property

We decided on a "City Change" this year for Christmas and found Ayesha House on Stayz. What a clean and tidy property, secure and in a friendly neighborhood. Our hosts were amazingly helpful and willing to bend over backwards for us. Close to restaurants and only six kilometers from the city. Thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent property

We love our stay in this property. The condition of the property is exactly as per advertised. We were welcomed with warm smile and the host is extremely helpful in providing info during our stay there. Highly recommended. Not a single tiny regret on renting this property during our stay in Perth. It's strategically located from Perth CBD or Perth Airport.

Wonderful experience, strategic location.

The area is quiet and clean, that was what we liked most. The location is another thing that really made our travelling easy. Couldn't thank enough to the lovely and friendly host Hally, who made us feel at home. The house is well-equipped with whatever you need. My wife, children and my little hero, my grandson, were very happy and this is the most unforgettable holiday that we have ever had. I will definitely recommend anyone that I know to come and stay in this beautiful House.

EVERYTHING AND MORE!!! Our stay at Ayesha's House was a dream! Very clean and well presented. Everything you could ever want from a home away from home. We were supplied with a cot our daughters son. The service was amazing and we have already booked for our next trip to Perth. Perfect for our forever growing family.
