Peaceful country retreat with beautiful sunset views
Wonderful peaceful place with everything you need. Plenty of space for a family of 5 plus ample room for doggy. Loved our stay. Only one tiny complaint-tree that drops spikey things that can pierce through shoes (ouch!). Our long haired dog got covered in them! Otherwise beautiful sunsets and views enjoyed with local Mudgee wine. Relaxing start to our holiday - thanks Jay!
Amazing getaway from city life
We had such an amazing time in this precious cottage. It has all the things you need and super comfortablr for a small group. Best part is its away from city hustle bustle and there are great outdoor walks around the house... definitely recommend!!
Relaxing and well appointed
Stayed for four days in October and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful solitude of Didgy Ridge. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed including a beautiful pot belly stove which made us toasty on the one cooler night while we were there. The grounds were lovely to stroll around, the lookout over the valley is so peaceful and we had easy access to the charming town of Mudgee from here. The house is basic but comfortable and welcoming. We would happily stay here again anytime!
We had a lovely time at Didgy Ridge so quiet. The wood fire was so good on a cold night.
QUIET COSY AND COMFORTABLE
Didgy Ridge is a home away from home. Comfortable, cosy quiet, well appointed and every conceivable thing to make the occupants stay enjoyable has not been overlooked. We had a lovely time.
Home away from home in the beautiful hills!
Didgy Ridge is a country hideaway that is rare as hen's teeth. Simple, homely country charm that allows the surrounding hills and ridge to truly take your breath away. The serenity and peace is second to none. Thanks Jay for sharing your patch of Heaven! Hope to visit again.
