Our favourite family holiday destination will become yours as soon as you walk through the door! The Mandurah Foreshore Holiday Home Vacation is located right in the heart of Mandurah Foreshore - it's only a 50m walk to the beach pathway and one of the most pristine beaches you'll ever experience! WE HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING (AND HEATING FOR THE COOLER MONTHS)!!!

Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Shower 2 WC home is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing, comfortable beachside holiday - all just a few minutes out of Mandurah.

Ideal location for a family holiday or a business trip, located in the heart of Mandurah, close to the marina on Keith Holmes Reserve, only a 2 minute walk to Comet Bay Beach and a short stroll to Mandurah Foreshore, Dolphin Quay, Reading Cinema, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, Restaurants and the coffee strips.

Your family will love staying in our air-conditioned, light and breezy villa, which has bamboo flooring through-out, an open plan living area, 2 bedrooms; all with wardrobes (A queen bed in master bedroom and 1 double and 1 single bed in the second bedroom). Large shower in the bathroom, separate laundry with an 7.5kg family sized top loader washing machine and a separate toilet.

There is a covered carport to park your car and your children will love playing at the large playground just around the corner. In the lounge we have a TV with DVD player. In the master bedroom there is an iPod/Iphone Docking Station.

Our kitchen is fully and modernly equipped including a full sized fridge and an oven. Bed linen, tea towels, some complimentary top-loader washing powder sachets supplied.

Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the Mandurah canals. Perhaps do a little crabbing or fishing from the jetty. Jump in for a swim if you get a little hot and rinse off in the outdoor shower. Take a stroll to the local beach or go for brunch at the beachside Dome, San Churros cafe, just to name a few.

Fantastic location in Mandurah approximately 74km south of Perth & close to everything beautiful Mandurah has to offer. Just less than an hour's drive from Perth. Free car-parking in Mandurah CBD. Only 48 minutes by train from Perth Underground.

The back covered car park is privately own. So, no hassle about finding parking at all.


There are a few fabulous playgrounds a short stroll away - great for kids of all ages. Mandurah Foreshore and Keith Holmes Reserve cum Dolphin Quay playgrounds are also within walking distance. The beachside pathway will take you all the way into Mandurah so bring your bikes/scooters.


Enjoy the benefits of this magnificent seaside location including; sunbathing, swimming, surfing, scuba diving, fishing, boating, tennis courts and sports oval. Meadow Springs Golf Club, cafes and restaurants, theatres, picturesque estuary and the boardwalk marina are a short drive away.

A Security Bond of $300 cash as standard procedure is payable upon arrival.

The bond will be refunded within 7 days of checkout provided the property is left in the same condition as you have found it. Properties are to be left as found. Additional cleaning may incur a bond charge.

Check in is from 3pm.

Check out is at 10am.

Amazing location and immaculate presentation

Our group of 4 adults stayed here whilst attending a conference at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre which is just across the road. It was the perfect location for the conference and very close to restaurants, shops, cafes and the waterfront. There was a lovely welcome pack of goodies when we arrived and the townhouse was beautifully presented and very clean. The only reason I took a star off my rating overall was that there are no bath towels provided (which we knew up front), no clothes dryer (we had 3 days of erratic windy rainy weather), and no wifi. I understand if you are a local WA family driving to the townhouse that you can bring your own towels, but we had to buy some upon arrival and then discard them upon leaving which is a waste. Even if we had room to take them home in our luggage, there was no dryer to dry them after our morning shower so we’d be carrying a wet towel home with us. Also, the ability to purchase a bath towel upon arrival depends on whether you arrive before the shops close at 6pm. I think this small addition would make this a definite place to return as business travellers or interstate visitors.

Love this place

We love this apartment. It is modern, kitchen is fabulous, main bedroom huge, bathroom also modern. Having a downstairs toilet is great so we don't have to go upstairs during the day. We love the location as we park the car on arrival and walk over to Dolphin Quay or the cafe strip/restaurants and bars on the Terrace side.

Stayed 7 nights in this lovely, well equipped property. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and downtown Mandurah. Views from upstairs balcony across the estuary. Undercover parking and air-conditioning a bonus on the very hot days. Highly recommended.

Great central location

Great central location, close to the town of Mandurah, restaurants, park & beach all within walking distance. We didn't need to use our car during our length of stay. Older style villa that has been completely renovated throughout. Can be noisy (traffic) during peak periods. Will definitely stay at this place again.
