The one bedroom airconditioned apartment is situated in the secure Metro Building, 21 Cavenagh Street in the Darwin CBD. The apartment contains a bedroom, kitchen, lounge/dining area & separate toilet. It is right in the hub of Darwin shops, restaurants, the wave pool, the waterfront & wharf eateries, fish feeding and nightlife. The Mall is only a street away and local buses and taxis are close by. Coles, Woolworths, the Post 0ffice, the Tourist Bureau and all the banks are within easy walking distance. If you want good food and a cold beer, the RSL is next door.

The unit is fully furnished. It comes complete with queen size bed, airconditioning, built in robes, shower, toilet, ceiling fans, couch, microwave, stove cook top, fridge, basic kitchen utensils/crockery, washing machine, dryer, two TVs, a DVD player and a large variety of DVD movies.

If there is a third person or child, I am happy to provide a camping mattress with extra linen/towels at no cost.

You don't have to use the stairs as there are two lifts

Linen and towels are supplied. Just bring your toothbrush !

There is no designated parking bay with this apartment. If you have a car, it will have to be parked in the front of the apartment building (Cavenagh Street). Parking is free after business hours 5pm onwards and on Saturday and Sunday. Metered parking applies from 8am to 5pm M-F, cost approx. $2.60 per hour. There is all day parking available $6.50 per day.

Convenient location

Main benefit is location with easy access to all city locations & shops. Whilst a little tired this apartment had all necessary facilities and ideal for a couple staying for up to a week. Bev the Manager is most accommodating and responsive - thank you.

A great little apartment for the two of us. It was relatively quiet for a city apartment and had everything we required. For the price paid it was great value. Very well located for getting around in Darwin.
