About the property

Welcoming 2 bedroom house in a peaceful location, 3 block walk to the beach and on the doorstep to Semaphore Rd where you can find a choice of cafes, restaurants, shops, gym and a cinema. Plenty of entertainment options, including several hotels on Semaphore Rd, many offering live bands on weekends.

52" inch plasma tv, DVD player and iPod dock in the lounge. Selection of novels, DVDs and magazines to enjoy during your stay. Split system heating/air-con, ceiling fan and gas heater for year round comfort. Trendy retro decor in living area, kitchen and main bedroom.

Kitchen well equipped with large fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and dish ware, glassware, cutlery etc. We provide enough tea, instant coffee and sugar to get you started.

Main bedroom contains a queen size bed with a King Koil mattress purchased in July 2017, ceiling fan and automatic roller shutter so that you can enjoy a sleep-in.

Second bedroom contains a double bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top). Beds are freshly made so that all you have to do is relax. Trundle stored under main bed provides an extra bed for a sixth person, with sliding doors in the lounge offering some optional privacy.

Bathroom, with tub and shower, and separate W/C. Hairdryer provided. Laundry with front loading washing machine. Outdoor and undercover clothes lines.

Good sized back veranda outdoor bbq area with seating.

Australian made artificial lawn that is green all year round, provides a comfortable, safe play area for children and is pet friendly.

Backyard fence and side gate are securely enclosed with a minimum fence height of 1.5m. This will keep any dog secure and also ensure your privacy on your holiday retreat. Please note that only hypoallergenic dogs, such as Poodles, Maltese and Bichon are allowed inside the house. There is a kennel outside and plenty of shelter for other breeds.

Porta-cot and high chair stored in wardrobe of second bedroom for added convenience for those with young families.

Carport space for two large size cars.

No parties and no smoking inside allowed.
