The deck features a fabulous awning which comes out across the roof of the deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Ceiling fans throughout also.

Kitchen has all Miele appliances. Large living area with a separate TV/reading room. Large outdoor entertaining deck. Large flat screen TV with Foxtel and DVD player in the main lounge area plus another TV/DVD player in the TV/reading room.

Main bedroom has a queen size bed with fantastic ensuite featuring a deep bath and shower.

Main bathroom has a shower and bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two singles. There is also an extra powder room plus a separate laundry.

1. Property is available from 2pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the date of departure unless otherwise agreed.

2. Dates will be reserved on payment of a deposit of 25% with the balance payable one month prior to the rental commencing. Bond payable within 14 days of rental commencing.

3. Schoolies, Hen or Buck’s Party Bookings are not accepted. Parties and large get togethers ARE NOT permitted without special approval by the owner.

4. Pets are NOT permitted.

5. This is a No Smoking Property.

6. The tenant is liable for any breakages and damage to the property. Those costs may be deducted from the bond.

7. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to any of the guest’s property left on premises.

8. Lost garage keys attract a fee of $150.

9. Mid week bookings of only 2 nights incur a cleaning fee of $150
