Felt just like home away from home. Very relaxing with amazing views!
Excellent location, excellent property.
We enjoyed a wondearful family weekend based here. The house is homely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great attention to detail; even shoe cleaning brushes. The beds are very comfortable. It's well worth the effort to get up early to walk down to the river to watch the Pelicans. We even saw a little eagle.
Thank you so much for coming to stay in our hideaway house and posting such a great review. We really appreciate your comments and hope you can come again, Michelle and Humphrey
We enjoyed our stay with gorgeous bedrooms/linen and facilities and the food offerings. However, somewhat disappointed with some of kitchen tools (example would be the dirty food strainer that had rice hanging from bottom of holes...and the large round skillet that appeared to not have been cleaned due to the amount of dirty oil laced around the inside). Great stay, but not fantastic....sorry...wont leave a revues on their page...I know it wont get shown.
Dear Trevor and Lainie, thank you for your review and we're glad that there were aspects of your stay that you really enjoyed. We're so sorry you were disappointed with some of the kitchen items as you mentioned. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness (as you can see in other reviews) but obviously this time some items were overlooked. So sorry again and yes we can easily update with some new kitchen tools, Kind Regards, Michelle and Humphrey
Secluded hidden gem in Paringa !
I never leave reviews, however this place deserves one ! Such a lovely welcome with some treats on arrival for us to enjoy. The house was immaculate and what a nice ambience by the river. I would love to visit again.
Fantastic place !!
The Water House is clean, peaceful, private and full of light. A fantastic place to holiday. The only negative is - eventually you have to go home...
Perfect place to relax
Absolutely loved staying in The Water House. Great location with beautiful views of the river. Very clean and everything handy for an enjoyable stay.
Dear Marketa, Thank you for your wonderful review. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope you can come again some time in the future, Michelle and Humphrey
