About the property

Seabreeze Apartment is a private, cheerful comfortable open plan studio apartment situated in a peaceful residential area in Prevelly Beach. The spacious newly wood decked balcony overlooks lush gardens, the Leeuwin Naturiste Ridge and natural bushland. There are still lots of trees in this area of Prevelly, which is becoming rare. With a 3 night or more booking you receive a premium bottle of Margaret River wine.

A 3 minute walk, then over the sand dunes, and you will be at pristine secluded beaches, Also, here you can access the beach front walk trail.

A short stroll to the general store with a well stocked bottle shop. Also here is a cafe/restaraunt with WIFI and great ocean views. There is also The White Elephant cafe that is right on the beach that is approx a 15 minute walk away. They are open early for coffee or breakfast. Also a 3 minute drive takes you to a wonderful restaurant and bar.

A 3 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) takes you to Surfers Point, where you will view or surf some of the best waves in the world. The area is set up with BBQ's and viewing platforms, perfect for photos.

Minutes drive to wineries, vineyards, art & craft galleries, restaurants, kangaroos, golf course and the majestic forest.

Seabreeze facilities include:

Queen-size bed, flat screen TV, WIFI (for light internet use only), CD player and DVD/video player. Ipod dock. Fresh quality bed linen and towels supplied. There is a small kitchenette bench for light food preparation only with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric hotplate. All eating and cooking utensils supplied. The ensuite is bright and spacious.

Under the balcony is a private grassed barbeque area with a gas BBQ in the garden. There is a garage for storing surfboards, bikes, etc.

There is a set of steps that leads to the apartment.

The balcony which overlooks the garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sun in the morning, or a glass of wine in the late afternoon. There are many birds in the garden, along with lizards and possums.

We have a 2 night minimum booking on weekends unless there is only 1 night available or it is a last minute booking. For a 1 night booking there is a $15 surcharge.

As we are dog lovers ourselves, we can accommodate one small dog only who is non shedding. We require a small fee of $15 per night plus a $50 dog bond to ensure there is no fur, dirt, sand or damage left from your dog. Please email us if you plan on bringing your dog. Your dog must not be left in the apartment or garage area unattended, and please ensure that your dog does not bark on the balcony as the noise travels, and also keep barking to a minimum in the apartment or yard. Thank you for understanding.

The apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. Long weekends, holidays, or special events is $155 per night. Easter weekend is a 4 night minimum. Long week-ends-3 night minimum.. From December 20 there is a 5 night minimum until January 15 unless there are less days available. A minimum stay period and other conditions may apply.

FOR SAFETY REASONS: Under no circumstances is there to be more than 3 people maximum on the balcony, or is anyone to sit on the balcony rails. Thank you for understanding.

If you are using our WIFI, we ask that you please use for light internet use only. Please no watching movies, TV, utube, etc.or big downloads.We do lose WIFI on occasion. This is beyond our control.

The local council has strict rules regarding noise from holiday rentals. Please no loud music, noise, or partying in the apartment or on the balcony. ( includes dogs barking)
