Set just 2 kms away from the Vintage Golf Course & Bimbadgen Winery on Macdonalds Road and a mere 6 minute drive to Hope Estate- the heart of the Concerts & Award winning restuarants in the Hunter Valley.

Concerts - Transportation- Getting to and From Sascha's Retreat- when large concerts are on!
If you speak directly with Rover Coaches they will do a pick up and drop off door to door. Unfortunately they only run on the major concerts- but it is well with giving them a call, well before the concert to lock in your seats.
The majority of concerts are held at Bimbadgen Estate ( 20 min walk away) or a 4-5 minute : Hope Estate which is a 10 min drive and Roche Estate- which is also a 10 minute drive.

The guidleines are:-
1 Only 8 people can stay overnight in the cottage- ( we are not a campsite for caravans, trailers or individual tents-as this requires additional council approval)
2. There is a refundable cash deposit of $2k- assuming no breakages , damages or issues- full conditions explained seprartely
3. Cars are only allowed on driveway and not throughout the property
4. There is an additional venue hire cost of $2-5k - dependent upon size of event
5. There is an additional rubbish removal fee $ 80
6. For example 80 guests, there will need to be 2 x portaloos hired ( $500)
7. Naturally, we dont have kitchen ware, glasses or cutlery to support additional guests- these will need to be organized by yourself
8 The external aspects of the property are covered by video surveillance.
9. There is an agreed time to when celebrations and music will finish- ( non-staying guests will vacate the property)
