A wonderful fe days away!

  • 5 of 5

I had a lovely time here - the place was perfect and the owner was so friendly and helpful - she even made me a birthday cake!

And a bonus for a mad cat lover missing her own moggies was the cats (which only come to visit if invited, for those non-cat lovers (poor things)).

I did find the road traffic a bit noisy as I'm not used to it - but then I'm lucky to live in rural peace on 120 acres miles from the nearest public road! For anyone used to city life it would no doubt be considered very quiet!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, miss it already. Property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We got visits from Pepsi and Tia some of the mornings which is great for cat lovers. Will come back again if we come to NSW blue mountains again

Nice and cosy!!

  • 5 of 5

Had an awesome 2 night stay at this accomodation. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for all your cooking. The gas heater is amazing and takes very little time to warm up the whole place :)) . Loved the covered little area outside the back, you can tell the owner is really thoughtful of privacy. cats are adorable, especially Tia :) would definately come back next time we're in the mountains.

Good Location, Good Working Inclusions

  • 4 of 5

We came to see the Autumn Colour and do some walks. The location was very handy and easy to find. The Bed is excellent and the heating works well and warms the rooms quickly. Kitchen equipment is of a high quality, though the crockery is a mixture of hotch potch items. We took precooked meals and missed not having use of a Casserole dish for the Microwave. Some of the wine glasses looked very fragile (stems) and we declined to use them. We didn't use the dish washer as there were only a few decent plates, so we washed up after each meal. The bathroom is very good and the Hot Water excellent. Personally, I would reduce the number of knick-knacks around every room. The drive way is a little narrow for the larger vehicles, so be careful. We would have liked to stay longer, but the cottage was already booked for the weekend. Would come again and would recommend to friends and family.
