The cottage is of the highest quality construction, with furnishings and amenities to match. Fully renovated October 2013. A great spot for getting together family or friends. Privacy when you want it and ideal for visiting with each other.
Large, lush private yard, shaded my coconut palms and almond trees. 14'x 18' gazebo houses charcoal grill and tables. Hammocks, wireless internet, local cell phone provided for your stay. Safes, hair dryers, blenders and ipad docks in units. Backup generator ensures power supply is continuous. Beach chairs and coolers provided.
The cottage is enchanting and serene, with ample space. The cottage has a screened in dining area, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, a ceiling fan in every room, and an air conditioned bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed.
Tropical decor and tiled floors throughout add to the charm of the cottages. A professional maid service cleans each cottage every three or four days.

About Craig Corser
I live in Alberta, Canada. I am involved in secondary wood manufacturing, elk farming and organic food production. My wife Kelly and I, have been married for 32 years. We have three adult children and three grandchildren. We all love Tortola and Cane Garden Bay.

Why Craig Corser chose Tortola
This property was originally purchased and developed by an uncle and eleven other 'cockeyed optimists' from Alberta, Canada, in 1979. My father bought out eight of these twelve in 1990 and upgraded the property. I got involved soon after and have been managing the property for about 20 years. We have continuously improved the property, including a full renovation in 2013.
What makes this Cottage unique
We are located at the quiet end of Cane Garden Bay, literally steps from the beach and a short level walk to everything you need. Our property is 1.75 acres and is unique in that we have a large, lush private yard, shaded by coconut palms and almond trees. There are hammocks to relax in and high speed wireless for your convenience. There is a tiny, family run bar and general store right next door. Rental cars are available locally. We did a full renovation of the property in October of 2013. We added a 14' x 18' gazebo to the yard. The gazebo houses a charcoal grill and tables. With four rental units (see VRBO Listing #'s 357970, 914873 and 914875 for details on the other three units) and a large private yard, we are a great place for family vacations, weddings and business meetings.

No Pets No Handicap Access $25 plus a 10% service fee and 10% hotel tax per person/per night above 2 guests. Additional guests limited to children under 16 years old. NOTE: In October 2015, the Government of the British Virgin Islands approved an increase in the Hotel and Accommodation Tax to 10% (from 7%).
