This charming modern 3 bedroom,2 bathroom insulated brick veneer family home can
accommodate up to 6 people.The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and en-suite; the second bedroom has two extra large single beds; the third bedroom has two standard single beds. All bedrooms have built in robes.
Bedrooms two and three and the second bathroom that has a toilet, vanity unit and over
the bath shower can be closed off from the rest of the house for privacy if required.
The large dining room with reading nook is adjacent to the well-equipped all electric kitchen that includes, a microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, hotplates separate from the oven and a large pantry. Cookware, crockery, cutlery, glassware and bottle openers are located in the numerous kitchen drawers and cupboards.
The carpeted lounge room has a 3 seat lounge suite with two reclining chairs, digital TV,
DVD player,Stereo, Refrigerated AC for cooling and very effective Gas Heating.
The laundry has a modern top loading washing machine, new clothes dryer, wash trough, iron and ironing board.
An enclosed drying room at the rear of the house with internal clothes lines and coat rack along with the back verandah that provides additional undercover washing lines.
A rotary clothes line is also located in the back yard.
The Large wide verandah surrounding the front and side of the house and its outdoor
setting provides an ideal location to take in the beautiful views of the Upper Kiewa Valley, Mt Emu and the Bogong High Plains and feed the birds.
There is a single vehicle carport to protect your vehicle and concrete driveway for easy access. It is a three minute walk to the Old Tawonga Store & Post Office and tennis courts and park and a short drive to the Kiewa River, local restaurants, supermarket, specialty shops, banks and hotels.
Linen (top & bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels) are not provided but can be supplied at an additional cost. Quilts, pillows and additional blankets are provided.
Mobile phone and internet coverage is available from the property if you need to stay in touch.
Ski hire is available in Tawonga and three locations in Mt Beauty.

Tawonga, the gateway to the Alpine National Park is located in the Kiewa Valley five kilometers from Mt Beauty and approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours from Melbourne via the
dual carriage-way Hume Highway, the Snow road, Oxley, Milawa, Myrtleford, Happy Valley and the Kiewa Valley highways. The property is approximately 30Km from Falls Creek Ski Resort and 80 Km from Albury/Wodonga.

Great House situated in a Beautiful Location
We stayed as a family of six and house was awesome ! has everything you want with a spacious patio for sitting outside looking into the Mountains.
Steve was awesome as he kept in touch with me from the moment the booking was made and provided very detailed descriptions of the suburb and surrounding suburbs - thing to do.

Agreat place to stay with awesome views and a really nice house to spend a few days in.
Stayed for 3 nights and used it as our base to ski falls creek. Well maintained, clean, spacious property for a family.
