Our holiday house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Its only a 2 minute walk to the newly completed Albany Health Campus and 5 minute drive to the CBD, Emu Point and Middleton Beach. It offers you all the modern conveniences to make your stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The house is fully self contained with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation consists of 3 generous sized bedrooms (Bedroom 1 - King bed, Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds, Bedroom 3 - Queen bed) and there 2 bathrooms. The kitchen/living/meals/games room is open plan with a separate lounge at the front of the house for just sitting and enjoying the view. The outdoor entertaining area houses patio furniture and gas BBQ (please note guests are not allowed to sit outdoors in patio area past 9.30pm due to Council residential noise regulations). Parties are strictly prohibited.
The main living area is heated by a Daiken inverter air conditioner or for those really cold nights a wood burning tile fire can be lit (firewood is supplied). There is a 65 inch Plasma TV (and dvd) situated in the main living area, another tv is situated in a separate living area and to keep the kids busy an original Xbox with games. The master bedroom also has a tv.
Maximum Guests in house is 6.
We accept payments via EFTPOS eg. Mastercard, Visacard. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Pet Friendly
And not forgetting your furry friends, the house is dog friendly. Dogs are allowed indoors (not on the furniture or linen) and the yard is fully enclosed. A doggie door is situated next to the games room/outdoor area so your family pet can enter/exit the house by themselves. A bond of $80 per dog is required and will be returned if no damage has been done. Guests must ensure that dogs do not bark continually as per Council residential noise regulations). Owners must contact the owners if they wish to bring a pet - mobile 0458 332 143.
