This bright and beautiful beach cottage it is the very picture of relaxation, fully renovated and stocked with all the modern conveniences, located in the heart of Coledale village.

The striking beach-industrial design, white washed timber floors are combined with polished concrete kitchen bench tops, drift wood furnishings and spectacular French doors that sprawl out into a child friendly backyard and reveal a magical escarpment view.

The location…

A stone’s throw from the cafés and shops of Coledale and a few moments to the beach you can park the car and forget about traffic. A two minute walk will take you to the blue swells of Coledale beach or the stunning ocean pool. Explore the rock pools and look for crabs with the kids. Take a long lunch at Chedo’s and enjoy a crisp white wine or spend Sunday afternoon browsing the lovely wares at Coledale market (4th Sunday of the month).

This home offers….

A chance to completely unwind and relax in comfortable accommodation, a sunny back garden to sprawl out in, finish your book and access to an unmatched beach playground.

Bedrooms…

Offering three bedrooms, two with double beds that are finished in rustic beach styling with built-in robes and ceiling fans. Bedroom three offers a kids camp out with two sets of bunks or for the grown-ups a chance to talk and laugh late into the night.

There is accommodation for 8 in total configured as 2 double beds and 4 singles spread over 2 bunks.

Living…

The living is bright and light inviting you to relax and on a still evening you can hear the waves crashing into shore. Comfortable year round with both fan and air conditioning.

With the industrial chic of polished concrete benches the galley style kitchen has a spectacular sky light allowing the sun to pour in. Four-burner gas stove, stainless appliances, dishwasher and stocked with all the cookware you need to create gourmet meals.

Gorgeous French doors open out to the garden revealing the lovely view; dine in style as you look over the lush lawn and the escarpment beyond.

Outdoors…

Level sun drenched lawn offer s plenty of space for the kids to run around while you enjoy lunch in the undercover entertaining area complete with BBQ. The lovely outdoor shower made from drift wood is the perfect sunny spot to wash of the sand and soak up the sea air.

Other great stuff…

You are welcome to use the surfboard at the back and take on the waves of the south coast. Keep the troops clean with a washing machine and clothes line..
