"Seaford Palms" is located a mere 2 minute walk to Seaford's renowned tranquil beach. Here one can grab a towel, a book and be relaxing on the sands at the literal "drop of a hat". Easy to pop back to from the beach for a quick break, the "Palms" offers a handy option to grab a cold drink and a light lunch. Set in tropical gardens, this townhouse provides a real sanctuary to continue the relaxation, with a well-designed layout in air-conditioned comfort. Presented and furbished with your comfort in mind, there is little reason to stray far from this townhouse. The supermarket for all grocery/drinks shopping is only short stroll and a further 5 minute walk takes you to the cafe strip and handy train station. Early morning walks for a beachfront coffee, and glorious sunsets on this beach will be yours for the offering, when others have long driven home.

A 3 minute drive to Mornington Peninsula freeway and/or Eastlink which takes you into heart of the CBD in 40 minutes. Or head further south and explore the wineries of the peninsula hinterland. You are well located for either, but when you have one of Melbourne's best beaches on your doorstep, it is hard to look anywhere else.

- Fold out double sofa-couch downstairs (if need be )

- All linen bedding provided, bath towels for two (*need to BYO beach towels)

- Reverse cycle air conditioners (in loungeroom and main bedrgoom)

- Comfortable leather chaise lounge with 42 inch HD LED TV and Blu-Ray player

- Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances

- Laundry facilities, washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner

- Large decking area with outdoor furniture and new BBQ

- Outside shower to wash off the beach sand is a useful facility.

Your holiday property is available to you from after 2 pm on your day of arrival with vacation time being at 10.00am. A deposit is required of $200.00 to secure your booking within 3 working days. If your deposit is not received, your booking will be voided without notification. All bookings are a minimum of 3 night stays.

Keys are left in the security padlock attached to the security door. The code will be given upon full payment of booking. Tenants are liable for any damage that may have been caused for forced entry to recover keys from house if you get locked out . If this was to happen please contact Jacqui.


The maximum of guest is limited to 7 people. Over 2 people an additional charge of $15.00 is required per person per night.


Peak periods $200.00 per night

(All School and public holidays and from Dec 1 - Jan 31

Off Peak $140.00 per night

Fees include usage of all facilities, utilities, linen, two sets of towels, cleaning on departure.

Unexpected overnight guest may not stay over without permission. Owners reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request the property to be vacated without refund to the tenant if this condition is not adhere to.

50% deposit payment must be made to secure booking.

A reservation deposit is required of $200.00. This must be received within 3 days of booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security / damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met.

• No damage to the unit contents beyond normal wear and tear

• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the yellow recycle and green bins provided.

• All keys are left on the kitchen table in the green bowl and unit is left locked

• All charges incurred are paid for before arrival.

• No linen and furnishings are lost or stolen

• No early check in or late check out times

• The renter is not evicted by the owner (representative of the owner) or police


Special conditions apply for cancellations. If you cancel your booking and we can secure a replacement immediately then your deposit will be refunded less $35.00 admin fee. If you cancel within a month of booking, your deposit is non refundable . If you shorten your stay, you will still be charged for the full amount of time you booked in initially. Rebooking of extra nights if there is availability is OK however we need to be notified as soon as possible.

It’s your responsibility to pay your deposit and balance on time


There is one allocated parking spot in the garage which is the first garage as you drive in on the right hand side. There is a guest car park that can be used for guests only, that is located at the end of the driveway. Please don’t park on the left hand side of the garages as it prevents cars from entering their garage. There is also room for another SMALL car through the front gates fronting on Nepean Highway. Please keep this door closed when your not present at the unit. Any illegal car parking is subject to towing. Applicable fines can be taken out of the holding deposit


There is no daily house cleaner so please ensure the unit is keep in a clean and orderly manner. . As we have new carpet in the unit we would appreciate it if you please take your shoes of when stepping on the carpet upstairs.

Linen and towels are provided for two people, however you need to bring your own beach towels. We do not permit linen and towels are not to be taken outside the unit for other purposes. We would appreciate at the end of your stay please put dirty linen in in the basket located in the laundry. We expect you to leave the house in a reasonable clean manner as you found it and floors swept and mopped if theres any spillages and dishes put away

DOGS AND CATS are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.


During your stay noise must be kept to a reasonable level between 10pm-8am in showing consideration to our neighbours. The other units are privately owned and not holiday units. Please respect permanent residents and especially within common areas. It is your onus to take responsibility for any guest that comes to visit. There is no smoking in the building and smoking butts are to be disposed of in the ash trays provided. Any antisocial, drunken and obscene behaviour will not be tolerated. The home must not be used for any unlawful purposes. The home owners are not responsible for any injuries/illness that occurs within the property. Where applicable, the body corporate rules must be adhere to. It is a breach against body corporate to hang towels, clothing over the balconies.

In case of refurbishment or owners instructors rental rates may be subject to increase without notice . Should this occur you will be notified immediacy and given the opportunity to pay the difference in tariff or receive a full refund of your deposit. We will also attempt to offer you alternative accommodation if possible

We reserve the right for our tradesman to enter the property at a reasonable time to carry out repairs or maintenance work. We would notify you of this and arrange a time to suit if possible.

I hereby understand and agree to all the terms and conditions as set in this holiday rental agreement. By accepting thus reservation it is agreed that all guest area are accepting any risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or other guest.

Since the moment we entered Seaford Palms we had everything we need it or more for our stay. Convenient located 5 minutes to the beach and shops. Excellent amenities.

Loved your house Jacqui.

Great location, handy to Bayside Mall. 5 min walk to Woolworths and Caltex.

Beach across the road from the house.

Everything you needed was in the house.

My Grandson loved sleeping on the top bunk.

And yes the Massage chair was amazing, My daughter loved it especially after carrying a 6 month baby around.

Loved the palms!

I really enjoyed my stay at Seaford Palms...the proximity to the sea meant regular swims and the area both inside and outside, on the decking, was spacious and comfortable. I loved the tropical palm garden, very cooling in the heat of the day and adds serenity to the apartment. Many thanks to the lovely owners!

Home away from home

From the location (near beach and shops) to the spaciousness and comfort of the home, staying at this property was a pleasure. Well equipped kitchen, firm beds, nice courtyard and above all (according to my son) was the 'super dooper'' massage chair! Indeed a great stay.

Seaford, an excellent place to stay

With miles of beach across the street, shops close by and the metro train station less the 10 minutes walk this property has much to offer.

Super Holiday Home

My family (2 Adults, 2 Children) stayed here for most of December 2016. We travelled from the UK to visit family and used the house as a base to spend quality family time together but also be close to family in the surrounding area(s).

The house was fantastic, literally a stones-throw from a great, safe, family friendly beach.

The house was perfect with good sized bedrooms and it is well equipped. Even the neighbours are friendly.

The owner (Jacqui) was easy and good to deal with and as you can see we had a fantastic time.

We will be looking to rebook when we return in a couple of years.
