Welcome to our luxury 2 - bedroom apartment located in the heart of Bellerive (a short 10 minute drive from Hobart city). The apartment offers stunning views across the Bellerive marina to picturesque Mt. Wellington.

Relax in comfort and style!

The apartment features contemporary design and decor including two beautifully appointed queen sized bedrooms, with pillow-top mattresses. You will find high quality furnishings throughout including a leather lounge which converts into an additional queen sized bed.

Enjoy all mod cons including Nespresso coffee machine (with complimentary pods), flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo with i-Pod connectivity and a fully equipped kitchen with European appliances.

There is a modern bathroom (including bath) with high quality linen supplied. For your convenience, there is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Everything you require for a comfortable, apartment stay is available to you.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while taking in the Bellerive Marina views.

Families are welcome: portacot and highchair available on request and a selection of toys, games, puzzles and books are available for your children's entertainment.

The apartment has lift access and undercover car parking for x1 car (no additional charge). Please note: the car parking space is small in size.

THE BELLERIVE AREA

Enjoy the delights of what Bellerive has to offer.

Directly below the apartment is 'Abundance on the Quay' ( a beautiful cafe and unique retail space.

Watch the boats go by from one of several local restaurants in the main street of Bellerive where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner (only a short 2 minute stroll away). There is a variety of cuisine available including modern Australian, Thai, Italian, Indian and Chinese.

Treat yourself (or your loved one!) to a massage at the local day spa located directly opposite the apartment.

Purchase some of Tasmania's finest produce (food and wine) at the local gourmet grocer (Salamanca Fresh) and have a picnic in one of the many near-by parks or bring it back to the apartment and enjoy on the balcony.

Walk a little further (5-10 minutes) to arrive at one of Hobart's most beautiful beaches (Bellerive beach) with a brand new children's playground, walking tracks, BBQ facilities and delicious fish & chips.

Bellerive Oval (Blundstone Arena) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment: very accesible for cricket & AFL fans.

There is a large shopping centre (Eastlands) within a 10 minute walk (2-3 minute drive) where you can find many major retailers and the large supermarket chains.

We are situated close to public transport for your convenience. This transport allows you easy access to the city.

HOBART & SURROUNDS:

The apartment is a 10 minute drive across the beautiful Derwent River to Hobart CBD where you can take in the delights of the city or wander down to the iconic waterfront and Salamanca area (home of the famous Salamanca Markets).

Venture further afield (15 min drive) to the award winning, world-renowned MONA precinct, including astounding museum and art gallery, winery, outstanding restaurant & concert venue.

Explore the wonderful wineries of the Coal River Valley (15 minute drive), enjoy Richmond historical village (20 mins) and visit the majestic food & wine region of the Huon Valley (45 mins).

Excellent property!

Throughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. The Bellerive area was great: coffee from downstairs was a great morning pick-me-up! Easy drive to Hobart city and good access to all tourist attractions on our itinerary. Car space is small: but we were aware of this. Overall, would be happy to stay here again.

Great little new apartment!

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our 9 nights here.. was a little cramped for 4 Adults... lounge only had 3 seats so someone sat on a dining chair or floor most of the time.

Both bedrooms were on the cosy side & both bed seemed smaller than queen size... and a bit lumpy & not very comfy.

Outside Road noise was also a bit of an issue as is located on 2 busy roads.

The agent was good to deal with when my daughter had to leave a few days early due to a dental infection.

They very kindly agreed to refund us 3 nights for her.... Thanks guys!

Nice modern apartment

Clean, tidy & modern with good appliances.

Good location for restaurants/view to Bellerive, but is fairly noisy (traffic) because of it's location.

Some directions to car bay/entry would have been useful as you enter from the back street & not the listed address.

Clean and modern little unit

A good little unit that is comfortable and well placed, but let down by being next to traffic lights on a main road that made it extremely noisy and so sleep was a problem.

The bed is too large in the main bed room and caused a few bruises. Replacing the bed and mattress would improve the unit.
