Welcome to our luxury 2 - bedroom apartment located in the heart of Bellerive (a short 10 minute drive from Hobart city). The apartment offers stunning views across the Bellerive marina to picturesque Mt. Wellington.

The apartment features contemporary design and decor including two beautifully appointed queen sized bedrooms, with pillow-top mattresses. You will find high quality furnishings throughout including a leather lounge which converts into an additional queen sized bed.

Enjoy all mod cons including flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo with i-Pod connectivity and a fully equipped kitchen with European appliances.

There is a modern bathroom (including bath) with high quality linen supplied. For your convenience, there is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Everything you require for a comfortable, apartment stay is available to you.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while taking in the Bellerive Marina views.

The apartment has lift access and undercover car parking for x1 car (no additional charge). Please note: the car parking space is small in size.

Directly below the apartment is 'Abundance on the Quay' ( a beautiful cafe and unique retail space.

Watch the boats go by from one of several local restaurants in the main street of Bellerive where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner (only a short 2 minute stroll away). There is a variety of cuisine available including modern Australian, Thai, Italian, Indian and Chinese.

Treat yourself (or your loved one!) to a massage at the local day spa located directly opposite the apartment.

Purchase some of Tasmania's finest produce (food and wine) at the local gourmet grocer (Salamanca Fresh) and have a picnic in one of the many near-by parks or bring it back to the apartment and enjoy on the balcony.

Walk a little further (5-10 minutes) to arrive at one of Hobart's most beautiful beaches (Bellerive beach) with a brand new children's playground, walking tracks, BBQ facilities and delicious fish & chips.

Bellerive Oval (Blundstone Arena) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment: very accesible for cricket & AFL fans.

There is a large shopping centre (Eastlands) within a 10 minute walk (2-3 minute drive) where you can find many major retailers and the large supermarket chains.

We are situated close to public transport for your convenience. This transport allows you easy access to the city.

HOBART & SURROUNDS:

The apartment is a 10 minute drive across the beautiful Derwent River to Hobart CBD where you can take in the delights of the city or wander down to the iconic waterfront and Salamanca area (home of the famous Salamanca Markets).

Venture further afield (15 min drive) to the award winning, world-renowned MONA precinct, including astounding museum and art gallery, winery, outstanding restaurant & concert venue.

Explore the wonderful wineries of the Coal River Valley (15 minute drive), enjoy Richmond historical village (20 mins) and visit the majestic food & wine region of the Huon Valley (45 mins).
