A fantastic modern beach house, situated at a quiet idyllic waterfront location on the bay, midway between Portarlington and Indented Head (4km from both). Boat launching facilities within 500m at Grassy Point.

All new appliances and furniture means that everything has been thought of for a perfect getaway. It features a fully equipped kitchen, gas fire, balcony overlooking the bay with vista stretching from the Melbourne skyline to the You Yangs.

This well-designed house comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers the perfect getaway location for 1, 2 or 3 couples to tour the wineries, visit the beach or historic Queenscliff, maybe play some golf and then open a bottle of wine on the balcony to take in the views.

Everything you could possibly need

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Portarlington. The house was in a great location and has everything you could possibly need including the table tennis table where many family competitions happened. The view on the balcony of the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The house was clean and tidy. The owners Bob and Beth left clear instructions on how everything worked we had no problems at all. Would stay here again.

Excellence on The Esplanade in Portarlington

The property exceeded our expectations and was impeccably presented. Very comfortable, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable family weekend. It was the extras that made it better too - gas fire, iron and ironing board (we attended a family wedding), games, big screen tv, CD players and room to move. Plus plenty of household appliances including coffee maker, glassware, condiments and creature comforts.

Amazing house

Brand new house and every detail has been thought about. The location is excellent and very quiet surrounds. Very large spacious house with new appliances. Perfect house for summer or winter stay.

Fantastic week away

One of the best weeks I have spent holidaying on the peninsula. An excellently appointed house, with plenty of room for 8 guests to stay in comfort. Amazing views over the bay, from the front yard or balcony, and plenty of space in rear for cars and a medium size boat.
