The apartment's contemporary layout & minimalist design enables open-plan living areas, with full height double glazed glass windows and sliding door to let in the natural light and a glimpse of the grand overview of what Melbourne has to offer. The spectacular sunrises and weather changes over the city can be enjoyed from inside or on the balcony.
Being so high up, there is plenty of peace and quiet, so it is the comfortable luxury getaway you've been looking for with all the ‘mod cons’ and incredibly convenient central city location.
The apartment layout features a very functional modern and fully equipped kitchen with a Ceasarstone benchtop, stainless steel appliances including a spacious fridge, gas stove top and oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Together with a BBQ on the balcony, a large dining table and setting for four you can prepare and enjoy anything from a feast to a quick snack. To top it off, a selection of tea, coffee (including capsules) and hot chocolate are supplied with some milk to start you off.
Other apartment features include a concealed laundry with washing machine, main bedroom with queen bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom.
The living area is well equipped with a very comfy quality Australian made queen sofa bed; which when not in use is serves as a comfy sofa, a 46 inch 3D Smart Samsung TV and HD DVR and DVD/CD player with USB slots, 3D glasses and a large selection of DVDs for all ages.
Quality luxurious linen features soft bamboo, high thread count Egyptian cotton on a very comfortable quality bed and mattress with LED dimmable bed lamps to make your stay all the more comfortable.The bedroom has a large sliding door to separate it from the open living area if needed. The main bedroom also features a spacious mirrored built-in robes with hangers.
Other apartment features include reverse-cycle heating/cooling, video intercom entry, free NBN high speed Wi-Fi, travel toiletries, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, a blu-tooth music player/digital radio and access to a fully equipped gym and a car park all within the building to complete the perfect package.
The secure undercover car park within the building (max vehicle height 2.2m) is an optional inclusion that can be booked for any number of the nights booked at only $20/night.

Had such a lovely weekend, very lovely apartment and within walking distance of most Melbourne CBD attractions but located on tram and train lines so very easy to get around.

4th time now and still the view of Melbourne city amazes me . The apartment is clean and decorated tastefully. Pay a little extra for the parking and it's worth it. great apartment, location, and amazing views
Stayed 3 nights. Located Right across the road from Flagstaff gardens, inside the free tram loop with a tram stop straight in front of the building. only a 2min walk to the VIC markets and 5-10 min down hill stroll to Burke st mall. The apartment has a balcony which is a great plus with an amazing view of the city and glimpses across the river towards MCG and Rod Laver Arena. It is perfect for short or long stays giving you all the comforts of home, but with that holiday feeling. Perfect for those on a budget holiday as there is a fully equip kitchen for home cooked meals and full size fridge. There is also a great Jazz bar down stairs if you're looking for a casual pizza and beer. Rachael the host is very accommodating and lovely. We highly recommend Envirosmart city pad will definitely stay there on our next visit to Melbourne.

This was a fantastic apartment right in the centre of Melbourne. Easy walking distance to Bourke St or the tram lines are very nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Air con in both living room and bedroom was a plus, the kitchen was well equipped, views are amazing and the apartment is really quiet. A perfect place to stay in the heart of the city, we'd definitely stay again. Thank you for making out stay so easy and comfortable.
