Loved the location.

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I took a sister's week in Sedona. We wanted to stay near down town so we could walk most places. We loved our VRBO. It was a fantastic location. It was clean and had everything we needed. We sat on the deck most nights with a glass of wine enjoying the weather.

Very Comfortable and Views of Red Rocks

  • 5 of 5

I stayed alternately in both the Queen and King rooms over a three week period. I loved the quietude; not being in a big hotel. The rooms had a great view to the east with some red rocks that would glow in the light of the sunset, and windows to the west which, while not geologically as spectacular, offered a nice sky view for the sunsets. I was very comfortable in either room.

The owners and manager were very prompt at returning texts/calls or emails. Not that I needed to contact them for anything other than logistics when moving from one room to the next. I was very comfortable and the location was perfect for me, my Sedona affairs were centered uptown so I didn't need a car for the basics. The Rooms Upstairs is near a coffee shop that opens at 6:00, and the bus stop. The buses don't run as often as those in larger towns, but it still could get me back and forth to grocery stores. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Outstanding!

  • 5 of 5

This property came exactly as advertised. The uptown Sedona location, combined with the view of the rising sun over the beautiful red rocks, cannot be topped for the price. This is a very walkable location as the shops, restaurants and activiries are literally around the corner. The room was very clean and well-stocked with the necessities -- towels, toiletries, shampoos, soaps, dish soap, sheets, blankets, etc. We had no need to contact the owner during our stay as everything was in good order. If we visit Sedona again, we would certainly stay here. This is a real jewel.

Great views, Comfy bed, Clean!

  • 4 of 5

Overall we had a great stay! It was easy to access, right in the middle of the tourist area - walking distance to shops, restaurants and starbucks. The views were amazing! Bed was very comfortable, we had a king which was nice. The bathroom/shower was outdated but it did the trick! Don't expect to be watching anything but the history channel if you want some tv time, tv/remote didn't work. But that's not why we were here, we wanted to be outside as much as possible. There is a cute porch/deck to sit on and relax as well as a grill and fire pit available if you want to use - we did not so I can not speak to whether they work or not. I would definitely recommend for someone who is looking for an easy place to stay with some great views!

Gem of Sedona

  • 5 of 5

We just spent a week in the Queen Suite and had a very enjoyable vacation. These two suites are located off of a very quite street just blocks from shopping and dining. As Sedona can be very busy and parking hard to find, it was great being able to walk from our room. The deck is wonderful and a great place to watch the red rocks as the sun sets. Just beautiful. Will stay here again!
