Guestbook comments from the manager

What a great room! It felt like a hotel and a private residence all in one. It is a 1 minute walk to the main drag which was great for our trip. It was super cozy, cool and well designed. The architecture and outdoor space was so quintessentially Sedona. We were awed by the amazing views! Can't wait to get back at some point!

Exactly as pictured!

  • 5 of 5

The place is cozy and exactly as pictured. It's centrally located and walking distance to everything. There are a ton of cute shops and restaurants to see. The size is perfect for a couple for a weekend getaway. If you want to hike or explore outside of the downtown hub you'll need a car.

We had a spill right as we were picking up, packing, and leaving to make our second destination of the trip, and there was nothing to clean it up with except water, so that was the only downfall!

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

My mother and I stayed in the the 1st floor unit. The location is perfect and views from the shared patio are breathtaking. Unfortunately we were there when it was pretty cold out so enjoying the back patio or 2nd level patio were not possible.

The unit itself was in perfect order with a king bed and two pull out chairs. All of the amenities were there and everything was clean and easy to find. Great place in a wonderful town!

The room was clean and cozy

  • 5 of 5

This is a perfect place to stay. The location is right in the center of old Sedona. You can walk to several restaurants and browse in the shops. The king size bed and kitchenette (no stove top) is spacious enough as a place to hang out in between exploring and hiking.

Amazing stay

  • 5 of 5

Loved our adventure at "The Rooms Upstairs" in Sedona. Prime location with easy access to Uptown and location provides for an easy 3-4 mile walk to Tlaquepaque. We had a great time. We were there during a reported "snow storm" which was a nonevent. Our views from Room 4 were amazing. We were able to watch the few snow flurries and see the red rock mountains in the background. Owners were very accommodating and responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi (our issue not theirs)!! Still chuckling about that. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Highly recommended.

  • 5 of 5

The place is charming. It is walking distance to town. It has everything you need (extra towels and sheets). It is decorated with unique taste and it is quite clean. It had a little kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and k-cup coffee maker. Coffee is included. We loved our stay and we're sorry we could not spend a few more Days. You will not regret your choice. You get a lot for your money.
