Guestbook comments from the manager

We had a lovely 2-night stay in Sedona in number 3 at The Rooms Upstairs. The location is very close to Uptown and we could walk to many shops and restaurants. The weather was almost perfect during our stay, cool mornings but not too cool to sit out on the upper patio and drink our coffee. The views were gorgeous--quintessentially Sedona. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious warm shower. I would recommend this property to others who want to vacation in Sedona.

Amazing room- steps from uptown

I love this place! Its like a nice hotel without the resort fees. I really loved the outdoor space, which has an amazing view of the stars and Milky Way. I highly recommend the room upstairs.

Great location

  • 4 of 5

Loved the great location just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants of Uptown. Nice amenities and lots of light (though I do wish the glass block window had a covering b/c I like to sleep in and am light sensitive).

Also, I wish the manager would have told us about the road closure of 89A. We were coming in from the Grand Canyon and wanted to stay until the sunset. Well, lo and behold, the road from Flagstaff down to Sedona is closed from 9pm-6am. So we had to drive past Sedona and come in from the south, which added at least another half hour to an already long day.

Owner's Response: Hi Showing On, Thank you for your comments. We ordered a special shade for the block glass window 6 weeks ago and it will be installed next week. Happy Travels, Penny and Monty
