Port View Escape is located in a quiet area within walking distance to the Main Road shopping precinct and pristine beaches of Bridport, and only 4km drive to Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links.

Everything is provided including linen, crockery, washing machine, television and barbeque, all you need to bring is your food. Port View Escape has 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 with 2 Queen Sized Beds, 1 Double/Single Bunk and a Single Bed which can be set up in bedroom 2.

There's free wifi, Netflix, Stan and an extensive video library.

Relax and enjoy the view of Anderson Bay from your deck or if you are feeling energetic try one of the many activities available in Bridport and its surrounds.

Minimum Stay & Payment

A minimum stay of 2 nights iis generally required however 1 night stays may be available upon application at the current advertised rate for 6 guests.

Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the booking cost is required upon making your booking and full payment at the time of booking is acceptable. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking.

Bond: A refundable bond of up to $500 for a large family group is required for all bookings. Any damage or extra cleaning or cost to replace missing items will be subtracted from the bond before it is refunded.

Payment Types Accepted: Deposit and Bond payments can be made on line payment with Stayz.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reservation check in date to receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations made inside 14 days of the reservation check in date will not be paid.

IMPORTANT

This property is wholly owned and managed within Australia. We'll never request you to send funds to an overseas bank account or via Western Union money transfer.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation at Port View Escape

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we must state the following conditions.

We kindly ask guests to please supervise their children while at the property. Children must not take food or drink into the bedrooms under any circumstance and must be supervised when using textas or markers inside, as well as playing on the deck and in the backyard. Please dispose of nappies in nappy bags in the outside bin only.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed by email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Port View Escape is strictly a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts left on the property will result in the loss of bond or part thereof.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.

The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property. Guest’s personal items left at the property will be held for 30 days for collection. Returns via post will be charged in advance at cost plus $25 handling fee.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check out time is strictly 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Please ensure shoes are removed before entering the property and items with hard edges such as suitcases or furniture are not dragged along the floor. Children are asked to play with their toys on the rugs to avoid scratching the floor.

Strictly no one food or drink allowed in the bedrooms. Please supervise your children in this regard.

Please clean the filter after using the clothes dryer. While the clothes dryer is in use, please leave the laundry door open as condensation from using the clothes dryer can cause a slipping hazard, as well as damage to the walls.

Please clean the BBQ after use. Additional cleaning costs will be charged otherwise.

Please place your rubbish in the large bins located outside the laundry door. There is an extra bin provided for overflow during busy periods. Please place nappies in nappy bags or rubbish bags prior to placing them in the outside bin (not inside in the kitchen bin). Council collection of bins occurs fortnightly early Monday mornings.

Extra blankets and throws are supplied for guest use. Accidents do happen so please place any dirty blankets in the laundry so they can be cleaned for the next guests.
