So relaxing right on the beach

A comfortable house right on the beach on Hedges Ave. Big, roomy and with all the inclusions for a great holiday. It is air conditioned throughout for an ideal temperature when required. The kitchen is full stocked with appliances and equipment. You feel right "at home" in the older style, three bedroom house, including our puppy!. It's just a short stroll to the bustling Broadbeach restaurant area and also to all the shops and restaurants on the Gold Coast Highway. Melaini was very helpful with the booking and showing how everything worked.

Brilliant Stay!

We stayed for 5 nights with our dogs and had the most wonderful time. This property is one of those fantastic older beach houses you remember from your childhood ( if you were lucky enough!) . Not too precious and right on the beachfront. House had everything we needed , property managers very helpful. Whale watching right from the deck. The house is not new and there are some parts that are worn and need updating and fixing, but we are not fussed about these things when the location is this good and it is perfect for a large family.

Great property

Very happy with this holiday home - great setup - good facilities for cooking/eating (though a coffee plunger would be good!), sleeping and comfort, and nicely styled. Location is great for easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Beach view was perfect - I love an older house that isn't too precious for children, but is still lovely. (we stayed Jan 16 but option below doesn't allow for 2016!).

Location location location

This is an old home nestled between two new homes right on the beach and close to Broadbeach. Do not rent this home if you want a five star experience but do if you have kids or pets and want to be on the beach. You can have leashed dogs on the beach in front Of the unit. On arrival The floors were not really clean and the bedrooms downstairs have carpet that smelled a bit musty. There is no coffee maker so bring your own if you like morning coffee on the deck without having to

walk to a cafe. This home is older but has quite a bit of room and is comfortable overall. We had a good few days on the beach and shopping and walked to restaurants and would rent again next time I have my sons dog with me. Can't

beat the location.

Apologies for the sand on the floor we had two tradies through that morning after cleaners had been and it should have been re-cleaned Carpets were cleaned the day before your arrival but as the house was locked up in the heat it may have created musty smell Overall we are happy you, the family and the dog had a great stay and we look forward to seeing you again

At the beach!

Wow what an amazing location. We sat on the deck and watched whales though the telescope! This home is the perfect place for our combined family holidays. The kids had their own space and Foxtel downstairs whilst we watched the world cup rugby in HD upstairs. The ocean views are breath-taking and cafes are a block away. This is the best family accommodation we have found on the gold coast. We will be back for sure.
