BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The apartment is available for holiday and short term rental purposes only, for the period stated on the agreed booking confirmation
CHECK IN AND VACATING
Check In is 2pm - please vacate the premises by 11:00am
(Unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner)
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of booking (maximum 4 Adults)
Deposit: $200 required to secure your booking
Full Payment: 2 week's prior to your arrival
* If for any reason the payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and deposit forfeited
A $200 Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount
The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full, subject to the conditions outlined being met, and is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage,damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
Less than two week's notice prior to Reservation: 50% of total booking fee
Within 48 hours of arrival date: 100% cancellation fee
TOWELS AND LINEN
All bed and bathroom linen is provided
NOTE: Towels are not to be used as beach towels or removed from the premises
Guests are responsible for supplying their own beach towels
If keys are lost please notify us immediately. Failure to leave keys/electronic swipe at the end of the tenancy will result in the cost of the keys being taken from the Security Bond. On vacation of the Apartment please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked before leaving keys/swipe card in Letter Box 2
TELEPHONE AND INTERNET ACCESS
There is no phone connected in the Apartment
A public phone is located by the Caravan Park if you do not have a mobile phone
FREE wi-fi internet is available to occupants – an access code will be provided upon entering the apartment
Not to be used other than for entry to or exit from the apartment
Sorry, pets or animals are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment
The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. 1.5 hours of cleaning has been included in your accommodation rate.
If it takes longer than 1.5 hours to clean after your stay, additional costs will be deducted from your bond
Occupants are required to maintain cleanliness of the Barbecue and cleaning supplies have been provided NOTE: A $50 fee will be deducted from bond/credit card if the barbecue is not left clean upon departure
Check-out time is 11:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests
On vacating the property, the apartment is to be securely locked with the keys left in Letter Box 2
Ensure all televisions and air conditioning unit is switched off.
No responsibility is taken by the owner for occupants’ personal property. Left items will be retained and every effort will be endeavored in order to return items (COD)
BREAKAGE AND DAMAGES
As the occupant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported or replaced and paid for.
Please assist by leaving the premises clean and tidy
If, upon occupation, the property or contents fail to meet acceptable cleaning standards, every endeavor will be made to rectify the problem. However, this shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund
Is a punishable offense by Law and as such we reserve the right to immediately terminate the tenancy for any breach of this condition

A great 6 night stay at U2 Moana Beach. Our host; Susanne, made us very welcome and the apartment was spotless. Located just across the road from the beach we were able to carry our kayak easily to the ocean. So many facilities for our 2 sons. they were very impressed! Cheers. See you in 2 years I hope.
Great Property, Great Location
Really enjoyed our stay at U2 Moana Beach, a 2 minute walk to the beach and within an one hour drive to all Adelaide sites. The unit is very well appointed and very comfortable, the family throughly enjoyed our stay. The secure off street parking and secure courtyard is an added bonus.
We were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw the huge array of facilities this unit provides. Great people to deal with highly recommend.
The Perfect Spot
Wonderful unit in a great location. Happily spent nearly 3 weeks! Convenient to get to the city for work and McLaren Vale and the South Coast for play. Definitely would come back.
