Beautiful 2 bedroom ocean deluxe apartment.Fully self contained and carspace.

Ocean views, on the esplanade,in the heart of Surfers Paradise, this extra large open plan two bedroom deluxe apartment with wrap around verandah offers spectacular views to the main beach. Located just two blocks south of the main street

( Cavill Ave ), which boasts an abundance of shopping dining and entertainment.The apartment is on the 6th floor of the Peninsula Apartments next to the Q1.

The resort offers three swimming pools, including an indoor heated pool, spa and two tennis courts, bbq areas, childrens playground new gymnasium,and free secure undercover parking and on site security.

About our apartment

This apartment is privately owned. It is in immaculate condition and we have just recently renovated. Beautiful tiles throughout and newly carpeted bedrooms, the main has a queen bed plus ensuite while the 2nd bedroom boasts a single bed plus a bunk bed which has the convenience of a double on the bottom. Both bedrooms and the main living areas are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. You are so close to the beach you wont need either.We even have boogie boards for the kids to borrow.The kitchen is fully equipped with a few added extras. We now have a brand new main bathroom with hair dryers and a fully functional modern laundry. We do encourage guests to bring their own beach towels and stroll over to the beach across the road or enjoy an array of pools the resort has to offer.

There is also a secured undercover carpark with one space available to you.We provide linen but cannot offer a linen service midstay, but we do have washer and dryer if you need to do some washing . Unit 6F is a home away from home.

Please note, we do ask that you fill out all the details correctly with your name and contact details as you will be asked proof of I.D when you arrive to collect your keys and we will only accommodate the number of guests staying to a maximum of six at any one time.

We also would like to address that the Peninsula is a non schoolies building so therefore due to management restrictions we cannot take schoolies bookings .

The Peninsula building has just recently undergone renovations to all the lobbies with brand new carpet and painting giving it a whole new look .

A bit about me...

I'm Joanne the owner of unit 6F in the Peninsula Building Resort.

My husband and i purchased the unit in 2013 . We looked at several but decided on the Peninsula due to its location and loved the open plan layout of the unit .

I love being near the ocean , and looking out at a view.

Its nice to see people happy and enjoying themselves.

I love to spend time with my family and friends and take a walk along the water most mornings with my crazy boxer dog. ( sorry no pets allowed unfortunately )

I also enjoy photography , and no doubt youl get some great photos in QLD. I must admit my cooking skills could do with some improvement though.

I have enjoyed improving /renovating the unit , its been hard work thats for sure and at times frustrating , but im really happy with the way it looks.

Most of my days are very busy and i always make sure i communicate with my guests and answer any of your questions regarding our unit or if they would like me to recommend a nice restaurant , or directions to somewhere.

So thats just a little about me ..

Why this property ? ....

You will love the open plan layout of our unit .

It is fully self contained and in a very central location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, transport, beaches and entertainment.

The grounds and building are very well maintained on a daily basis.

We are located on the sixth floor which gives amazing views of the beach and pools.

I can honestly say that when I receive feedback from my guests they all comment on the great location.

What makes this apartment unique

You will love the views whether your just sitting inside on the lounge or out on the balcony. It is fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans , however the ocean breeze is usually all you need once you open the large stacker sliding doors that have only been installed less than 2 years ago. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher/microwave and cooktop, while there is also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Just recently all the foyers were painted and the floors newly carpeted.

Excelent property to stay in

The property had good views of the ocean and a full wrap around balcony to sit on out side. 2 VERY comfortable couches to sit on. A FULL dining table with 6 chairs which made it very easy and relaxing to eat in. The kitchen was stocked with all the normal things you need to cook. A full size fridge and plenty of room in the main living area. The beds were fine and well made and the whole apartment was very clean which is always what I look for. I didn't feel like I needed to wash everything down as soon as I got there (which I do sometimes!) it was all done and very nice. A tiny bit of noise from the traffic everynow and then (but you have to expect that on such a central spot on the Gold Coast) and very close to a supermarket - just 500m down the road which made shopping easy. Will be taking my family back!

Fantastic apartment

Thanks Joanne for your apartment we had a great time. I would highly recommend this apartment it has everything you need and more. The facilities are great and so close to Cavill for shopping and the beach being across the road is fantastic. The views from the the 6th floor are wonderful and the sunrises are good to watch from the balcony. Will definitely be back :)))

Our Unit is located on the Esplanade in Surfers Paradise, opposite the glorious Surfers Paradise Beach.

It is perfect for families of all ages and the unit is fully self contained.

No need to worry about having a car as there is an array of restaurants, shops and attractions all within walking distance.

Take the light rail 100mts away and visit the many attractions the Gold Coast has on offer.

Explore the beaches, theme parks such as Seaworld,

Movieworld, Wet and Wild and Dreamworld.

Head down to Burleigh Heads for the Blues Festival or maybe try your luck at the Casino.

Dont forget the famous Gold Coast Supercars or maybe shop till you drop at the ever so popular outlets such as Harbourtown just a 10 minute drive.

A short stroll along the esplanade and you wil be in Caville Ave , right in the heart of Surfers Paradise .

Here you will find an array of restaurants , shops and entertainment day and night.

The night markets are also right opposite us every wednesday, friday and saturday.

Or perhaps you just want to laze around the one of 4 pools and spa the resort has to offer.
