About the property

Portside Apartment is situated on Mt Clarence with some water views and within walking distance to the Albany CBD and it's many quaint shops and eateries.

This 2 Bedroom well-equipped apartment is on the bottom floor of one of Albany's finest homes with it's own private entrance down the side stairs.

Enjoy the comforts of a modern apartment with one or two bedrooms depending on your requirements. A comfortable lounge room and separate dining area as well as a large bathroom with corner bath,. The apartment has two toilets. An optional seven seater jacuzzi with hydrotherapy jets is located in the apartment for your own private use of up to 2 Hrs per night. The spa needs to be booked and paid for prior to your arrival so the owners can get it ready for you. There is a minimum of 2 people per night for the use of spa.

We supply professionally laundered linen and also all bedding. Tea, Coffee, Milo and Sugar are also supplied for your convenience as well as Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash and hand wash.

We endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We cater for couples as well as families. There is a trampoline and play equipment for children to enjoy.


From Portside it is only a two minute drive to Middleton Beach where whales and dolphins can be spotted between June and October.

It is only a five minute stroll to the famous Ellen Cove board walk. Opposite the house is a bush track winding it's way up Mt Clarence for some amazing views and the famous Anzac War Memorial.

A popular local pub, The Earl Of Spencer is just down the road with good food and a great old times atmosphere.

It is a five minute walk to town and its numerous cafes, shops and restaurants, and the award winning Farmers Markets on Saturdays and Fish Market Sundays.

Owners can recommend the best places in and out of town when it comes to food, attractions, 4 wheel driving, swimming and surfing.


This 2 Bedroom Self Contained Apartment is on the bottom floor of one of Albany's finest homes with it's own private entrance. There are side stairs going down from the road to the suite for privacy.

There is No Disabled Access to this property.

There is also a spare single bed that can be used in the lounge for extra guests upon request. Kids under 2 years old pay half price.

There is a lounge room and a separate dining room with 2 arm chairs which has it's own private balcony with some water views.

There is a big bathroom with toilet, corner bath, heated towel rail, double vanity and shower. There is an extra toilet in the kitchenette/laundry.

There is a separate 7 - seater spa room with hydrotherapy jets for a soothing massage. This is situated in the apartment for your own private use. This is optional with a small extra charge of $15 per person for up to 2 Hrs use per night, which includes use of extra towels. There is a minimum of 2 people per night.

Guests that stay 5 nights or more during Peak, Public Holidays and School Holiday period will receive a FREE complementary night in our 7- seater spa. Please confirm with owners if you want to take up this offer as we need to get the spa ready before you arrive.

The kitchenette consists of a microwave, gas stove/oven, toaster, kettle, plunger and fridge.

Our chemical free cleaning and 100% smoke free policy ensures Portside Apartment is a low allergy environment.

Great location. Everything was clean and well presented

Lovely place. Clean. Well looked after and presented . Only recommendations would be a king bed and air conditioning if it were warmer. Was perfect for the 2 nights and that isn’t a complaint just a possibility if you were looking for recommendations

We do have a portable air conditioner but only pull it out in summer but leave the fan there all through the year. Would of loved to hear how you liked the 7 Seater spa on your visit . We really enjoyed our stay. The owner really cared to details for everything. Good location and nice view to the port. The apartment has all facilities even for a long stay.

I would definitely recommended staying at Albany Portside Apartment with a great location and spectacular views I thoroughly enjoyed my short time there.

Excellent property

Great clean well positioned apartment.

Everything needed for a great stay.

Only downside for us was the noise from the upstairs owner occupied accomadation

Which was dissapointig for time spent in the appartment.

Beautiful apartment
