Our completely renovated condo is located on Sundog Trail. Sundog Trail is rated EASIEST in level of difficulty. The trail is great for beginners and families with children. The Living Room and Deck faces Sundog Trail and you can see the skiers pass by from inside the Condo. The Front Entry, Kitchen, & Master Bedroom face Killington's Bear Mountain trails specifically Outter Limits & Devil's Fiddle. The views are amazing!
You ski about 15 yards from the Condo's front door onto Sundog Trail and ski down to the Sunrise Village Triple Chair. This Triple Chair gets you to the ski trails on Killington's Bear Mountain and access to Killington's other 4 Peaks. You ski back home on the same Sundog trail from Bear Mountain.
The condo was completely renovated with all brand new high end furniture, fixtures, & appliances. The design & improvements were professionally done. The Condo features flat panel TVs w/DVD players in every room, wireless WIFI, Cable TV & Wii Play Station.
Main Living Spaces: This is our mountain homeaway from home with the best ski in/out conveniences in Killington. We decided this year after investing a lot of financial resources in the complete renovation to allow others to experience and make their own great lifetime experiences in our wonderful ski condo. We did the design in a warm and comfortable mountain lodge 'look and feel' complete with mountain and ski artwork.
The condo has easy parking and features a Front Entry Mud Room for ski gear, the Living Room has a wood fireplace (wood is provided), 42 flat panel TV w/ DVD, leather queen sleeper sofa, Phillips IPod/Disc/Radio sound system, and dining for 6 or more. Living Room has views of Sundog Trail that is about 30' away from deck!
The Kitchen has new Maple wood cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, and completely fitted with new Kitchen Aid cooking utensils, new flatware, stemware, plates, etc. The kitchen window faces ski trails...the morning view gets you excited to hit the slopes!
Bedrooms: Master Bedroom is awesome with a mountain resort 'look'! It features new cut pile and loop carpet, new wood board sloping ceiling with full height stone wall. The furniture is white cedar log with King mattress, 32' flat panel tv w/integral DVD player and blackout insulated custom window shades. The Master bedroom view is directly at Kilington's Bear Mountain Ski Trails, just awesome and inspiring!
The Second Bedroom is all new too and can sleep 4. The room has new beautiful and comfortable carpet. The bedroom is fitted with a Trundle Bunk Bed. The bottom mattress is a FULL. The Trundle mattress is a twin and the top mattress is a twin. The bedroom features 32' flat panel tv w/integral DVD player and a Wii Play Station! Our kids have video games, movies, and books in the room for our guests to use. The Bedroom windows face Sundog Trail!
Bathrooms: Master Bathroom and Second Bathroom have been renovated with new slate floors, new solid wood cabinetry, new stone counters, and all new plumbing fixtures. The Master Bathroom features slate mosaic wall tile and white porcelain sink vessel bowel with single stem style water faucet.
The condo's bathroom configuration is great for families or couples staying as guests...both bathrooms are within the footprint of the bedrooms with individual doors as a 'ensuites' for more privacy for all guests.
I'm a father of two beautiful daughters. I own an Architectural and Interior design firm and love beautiful homes. Our ski condo has been professionally remodeled from top to bottom...its home away from home for us. We are happy to share our ski condo with a few great families each year so they can experience our beautiful ski condo.
I have skied at Killington since I was a teenager in the late 1980's...I know the resort/town very well and can help you plan your ski trip.
I've been fortunate to ski most of Vermont and say that Killington is the best! We love the mountains that make the resort, the snow making capabilities of Killington are unrivaled and we especially love our alpine neighborhood with direct ski out and ski back accommodations to our ski condo.
My daughters have learned to ski at Killington in their kids program, the folks are awesome here at Killington.

Our neighborhood is a true residential alpine community of multi million dollar single family homes and beautiful townhomes and condos. We have no traffic, no congestion, and no bus tours in our neighborhood. Just a very friendly mountain neighborhood that emphasizes family fun.
Our clubhouse is the best. Before owning, I rented in most of the properties at the resort, and will say that our clubhouse is the best. The indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center and restaurant/bar in our clubhouse provides the total ski getaway experience.
Parking is right in front of our ski condo as is the fire wood shed. The firewood is provided !
the house it is very comfortable. Is a real home, with everything you need, well decorated, and complete. Its location is wonderful, it is just by the ski trail. Although we went on a warm Winter with some lack of snow, its trail was full and the lift working. From the top of Bear Mountain or the góndola, you are at only 10-15´ by ski.
Arranging the details with John was easy and simple; he is on every detail, and left us a lot of useful data. Check in and out was also very easy.
Definetly is an excellent option to lease!
We, a family of 4, stayed here for five days over the Christmas holidays. This is not just simply a rental home - this is a well kept family home that John has tastefully decorated with beautiful finishes throughout the whole house; from living room to bed rooms, to kitchen. The beddings were so comfortable and the quality is of a very high standard on par with a five stars hotel. The kitchen is well stocked with everyhting we needed for a family stay. The computer games in one of the rooms were an added enjoyment to us although we are all adults. Although the Sunshine trail was not opened during our stay due to the snow condition, we still have been able to ski home for lunch everyday and then ski down to the club house afterwards to take the shuttle back to one of the bases.
John has been a very wonderful host - very responsive from the first minute of our booking, and very helpful all the times, providing advices on everything. Many thanks to you, John and your family. We have had a great time at your home, and will certainly look forward to returning to Killington and staying again at your home.
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the luxuries on living slope-slide with 3 days of great skiing. John and his family have created a beautiful home. Well maintained and cared for this home was a delight to stay in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feed 2 families. John was super helpful in answering any questions we had prior and during our trip and provided great instructions on what to do in the area. One can see the pride he takes in his condo. With the highest recommendation, we hope to come here again. The use of the clubhouse with its pool, workout room and outdoor hot tub was an added perk. We loved every minute. Nothing like rolling in the snow after a soak in the hot tub! Thank you to John and his family for sharing their home with us. Outstanding!
Last weekend, Martin Luther King Weekend, our large family of 7 had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Killington Condo. We were so excited when we arrived to see the decor and enjoyed having our breakfast and dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We knew the condo would be cozy as we are a large family with kids ranging from 14 to 21 (so the size of adults). What attracted us to this condo initially was the true ski in and ski out capability. The fabulous recreation facility was enjoyed by all, especially the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. It was a very cold weekend, so it was fantastic to have the two hot tubs and the pool to recuperate in. On our last day, we enjoyed a terrific lunch at the Sunrise Cafe and then left from there. The Staff at the Cafe were fantastic as they got a rush (that they were not expecting) an hour before they were to close. Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy your Condo.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo and the owner was more than gracious in making sure we had everything we needed. It is fully remodeled with all the modern amenities that you could want. It is decorated well and is very cozy. There are trails right outside your doorstep to explore and if there is enough snow, you can ski in/ski out. We were there a bit too early for that, but the resort is a short drive - 5-8 min. We would recommend stopping at the grocery store in Rutland on the way in - the store in Killington was limited in selection, but still had the basics. This is a perfect little getaway and was plenty of space for 4 adults plus a little one. We hope to make it back!
This condo was absolutely beautiful. The entire interior was completely renovated and the furnishings were new and comfortable. The location is ideal. You can ski right off the parking area to the trail. The condo also has great views of the mountains. There were 2 bedrooms with plenty of room for the kids to stay separated from the adults as they played. The pool and hot tub club area was very modern, clean, and easily accessible. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The owners are wonderful---they provided a lot of helpful information and were so hospitable. We can't wait to come again.
