This was our second stay at this property.We have stayed at other properties both in Florida as well as other locations. We have found no other property that has all the amenities and great location for the rental cost. We hope to be able to rent this a couple more times this year, to meet up with friends in south Florida
We stayed for two weeks in May and could not be more pleased with our choice. Anything that the Florida lifestyle offers is just a short drive away. Go down the street to the center of Cape Coral and you will find good night life and a variety of restaurant choices that has something for every taste. We are big fans of Ft Myers Beach and could be there in about twenty minutes. The property is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the televisions and WiFi worked fine. We pulled in un-packed an immediately felt like we were at home.The owners are quick to react and eager to make your stay go well. If this place is available book it you won't regret it.

the pool and lanai were wonderful. The location was perfect for many great restaurants, many which we could walk to.
The property manager was very helpful regarding any questions we had. I can say we will certainly rent this home again. I only wish we had been able to stay longer. I loved that we could get to Fort Myers beach, Pine Island, and Punta Gorda all within a half hour.
We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. It is in a quiet residential area and is as nice as the pictures show. It is well equipped, clean, comfortable and very roomy. The pool area and lanai are especially nice. The local management company is very attentive. We can definitely recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed.
Lage der Villa:
Nimmt man den Cape Coral Parkway von Fort Myers aus um nach Cape Coral zu gelangen, fährt man nach Überquerung der Brücke noch ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten, je nach Verkehrslage.
Möglichkeiten um Lebensmittel einzukaufen (Publix), eine Post und eine Tankstelle, sowie ein Walgreens befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Haus selber ist zwar nicht direkt an einem Kanal gelegen, die Nachbarschaft ist jedoch sehr ruhig und nett.
Zum Strand (Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key, Strände auf Sanibel Island) fährt man ca. 30 - 45 min., je nach Verkehrslage. Gleiches gilt für die Shopping Malls Tanger Outlet und Miromar Outlets. Wenn man mal in den Kaufhäusern shoppen möchte, empfehle ich die Edison Mall in Fort Myers. Hier findet man Macy's, JC Penny, Dillards etc.
Ausstattung:
Es bleiben eigentlich keine Wünsche offen.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Mr. Coffee, einen Toaster, einen Mixer um leckere Drinks zu mixen, natürlich eine Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine, sowie einen Kühlschrank, der sowohl Eiswürfel, als auch Crushed Ice produziert. Zwei Schlafräume und der Wohnraum mit TV (Kabelfernsehen) ausgestattet, darüber hinaus ist auf der Terrasse ebenfalls ein Fernseher angebracht. Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Wir fanden es überaus angenehm, dass trotz Klimaanlage in allen Räumen und außerdem im Außenbereich Ventilatoren installiert waren.
Im Poolbereich gibt es vier Liegen, sowie einen großen Tisch mit sechs Stühlen und einen Gasgrill, den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Man sitzt sehr schön draußen und dank des Screens stören auch keine Insekten.
Hausverwaltung:
Wir haben die tolle Betreuung vor Ort sehr genossen. Die Hausverwaltung war stets telefonisch erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Traumhafte, saubere und gepflegte Villa. Alles dabei. Waren mit vier Kindern (2/3/6 und 7 Jahren) im Juli 2013 unterwegs,
Werden im nächsten Jahr genau dort wieder hinfahren!!!
Super gelegen (obwohl keine Kanalzugang). Leicht ohne Navi zu finden und alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Selbst eine "German Bakery".
Einfach TOLL!!! Danke das es noch solche saubere und gepflegte "Privatunterkünfte" gibt.
