The complex has a long lap pool, sauna, and terrific gymnasium. Car park available in the building if required.

Over the road is the Southern Cross station for both local and interstate trains, trams including free city circle tram. Skybus from Airport stops at the transport terminal over the road.

Normal Tariff is $195 per night off peak plus $50 booking fee & $120 cleaning charge.

IMPORTANT: We hold a $250 BOND - Against your credit card if smoking rules are not complied, or that the apartment requires additional cleaning time due to excessive mess.

CHECK IN: Is after 2pm UP TO 9pm at night at the LATEST (But earlier if the apartment is vacant by special arrangement)

Higher tariffs apply during Xmas, Easter, & Special Events such as: AustralianTennis Open, Melbourne Cup Carnival, Moomba Festival, Football Finals, Car Racing Grand Prix, Special Conventions & Exhibitions.

The Apartment is central to everything you need with basically all of Melbourne within walking distance or a quick tram trip. With the Southern Cross station over the road it makes it very easy to explore Melbourne Suburbs and other attractions within the local rail link.

Sensational Views Overlooking the Docklands. The apartment is located centrally in Spencer St. Walk 5 minutes over the bridge to Etihad Indoor Sports Stadium & The Docklands. Over the road is Southern Cross train station & DFO shopping centre with Coles Supermarket & Liquor. Around 5-10 minutes walk to City Centre Shopping, The Convention & Exhibition Centre, & Crown Casino. Not far away is Southbank. The "Free City Circle Tram" takes you any where you wish to go around the City, Docklands, MCG Sports precinct, Casino.

This was the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Once again it could not be faulted. From the warm welcome by Doug to the immaculate apartment with fabulous views and excellent location opposite Spencer Street station. We have had many visits to Melbourne over the years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Very reasonably priced too.

Perfect!

We came to Melbourne for the tennis and stayed here for a week in January. The accommodation is fabulous, very clean and comfortable with all the conveniences you need. We found it central to trams but we mostly walked whenever we were out in the CBD. It's location to the Skybus terminal means easy transport to and from the airport. Communication with Doug was fantastic so meet and greet was very easy and on time. This is our second stay at the apartment and we will definitely be back.

Clean, Large single bedroom unit, trams within 100 metres, across the road from Skybus terminal. Full Kitchen and washing facilities large screen tv.. Superb.

We highly recommend this property. Great location, fabulous views, lovely well appointed unit, outstanding value. We were met and showed around by Nancy who was a great help. We have stayed in Melbourne many times over the years and this is by far the best place we have stayed in. We will return!

great location...well stocked apartment

We recently stayed 11 days in this apartment. We loved everything about it,especially the bed and the view...our one suggestion for improvement,and which prevented me from giving it 5 stars,was the Air conditioning. There is only one unit which is in the lounge room,which is meant to cool the whole unit...and unfortunately it doesnt. Even the provision of a fan in the bedroom would have been beneficial. We stayed when it was very warm in Melbourne,and it did make some nights very uncomfortable. BUT...the unit is absolutely lovely,very well stocked,as if you were at home,and beautiful views,especially at night. Meet and greet was good,but maybe explain to the visitors where the nearest trams are. But overall,a very nice apartment...would i return?? Only if the airconditioning was improved. Thankyou

Yes there is one air con unit but normally works fine if left on the 40 degree days with the blinds down whilst you are out touring Melbourne during the day.
