Perfect place for school mates reunion. The house got a lot of rooms and space for our group, clean and tidy. Easy access to the beach, definitely will be back again.

Fantastic quiet place

  • 5 of 5

Lily's Pad was fantastic for our 3 generation family celebration. As the daughter in law confirmed "it's great for all of us to be under the one roof with enough space to spread out". The 4 month old was asleep in her room, the bigger grand kids in the pool while the other adults are playing board games in the lounge or Finska on the front lawn enjoying the water view. Plenty of space for the 13 of us to prepare and enjoy meals.

A lovely waters edge walk in the mornings around to the town centre under shady trees and along nice board walks. Peaceful dead end street with very little traffic. A great place for our celebration - we loved it.

Fun long weekend for family reunion!

  • 4 of 5

Perfect little spot with absolute waterfront views! House easily accommodated our large group of 20 people with 4 bathrooms and large living areas. Great size pool which the kids loved and the little reserve across the road with a nest swing. The marina is 2 kms up the road and has a great playground for the kids a lovely wharf and little shops !

Steve the owner was very accommodating allowing us to add extra guests for one of the nights with no hassles and responded very promptly to my emails and text messages.

Steve was very prompt to processes my payment for the bond and cost of buying a new gas bottle upon our arrival. He did so the day we checked out!

Foxtel ?

Wifi ?

Plenty of kitchen crockery , utensils and pots and pans ?

Close to shops , beaches, walking track, reserves and marina?

House itself needs some TLC and a good thorough clean ....

Some things I would suggest to make it more comfortable would be a new front sliding screen door and fly screens on some windows so guests can enjoy the breeze without a house full of flys, New shower curtains, new batteries in the TV remotes , installing a range hood over stove in kitchen , some light bulbs need replacing , holes in walls need filling and painting needs to be finished in bunk bed room. Some of the taps were running constantly including a toilet in main room.

The outside bins need cleaning out, a lot of the doors creak and could use some WD40!

I advised Steve of a few of these issues and he said he'd attend to them .

Overall Lily's Pad was fitting for our Large group and we will be back , hopefully the minor issue have been fixed when we come back!
