The expansive bi-fold windows in the kitchen give you a beautiful view of the delightful garden and BBQ patio entertaining area. Chill out at your holiday home or enjoy the friendly little town and swimming beach which are just a short 500-800m stroll away- BLISS!

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

Our weekend away at this residence was spectacular!

Very spacious, and had everything we needed. The surround sound speakers also made for a great movie night!

Loved the outdoor entertaining area & kitchen

This was a beautiful house in a great location and the whole family loved it! We can't wait to come back again. The kitchen and outdoor entertaining area had everything we needed which was great for when we had our lavish dinner party to celebrate my daughters birthday.

Wow what a great stay!

We had such a fantastic couple of days. This Townhouse is gorgeous and has everything we could have asked for. Kids had their own upstairs "zone" so were very spoilt! Great backyard for the dog to run around in and get the leftovers from our BBQ.

A stroll in to town and to the beach.Thanks for looking after us so well and we will be back.
