Ian Road Apartments Two Bedroom Luxury Apartment offers the ultimate in Mornington Peninsula accommodation. This spacious apartment is over 180 square metres of living space and can sleep up to 6 guests (4 Adults, 2 Kids- please see house rules below). You will be blown away by the spectacular bay views, modern architecture and the feeling of light and space.

The two-bedroom apartment features a stylish kitchenette which will surprise you with it functionality and combined with generous living and dining areas makes it the perfect the family or group holiday.

Maximum occupancy is 4 Adults and 2 Children (Maximum Adults is 4 unless otherwise approved by management during the booking process).

For insurance purposes guest numbers must never exceed 6 at any time.

Penalty charges of $100 per person per person per night will be charged to your credit card if it is found that extra guests have stayed without permission.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction and or penalty charges at managements discretion.

We do not take a bond as security, however we do insist on taking your credit card details in case reparations are necessary to make good any damage to property or chattels as a result of your tenancy .

Clean and Comfy!

The apartment is very clean, beautiful and well equipped. Shannon and Terry are very friendly and always there to assist if there is any enquiries. There is a heated pool that is well litted for nite swim and it even comes with a mini bar and docking system to play music from the phone. The apartment is strategically located near many places of interest in Mornington i.e Authur Seat, Cape Schanck, Safety Beach, Red Hill. A short drive away there is a big IGA and restaurants. Overall it was such a comfy stay, it feels like home. We will definitely come back

Such a nice place. Extremely clean and very friendly owners. Easy to communicate with. Pool was a shared space however we never had to share. Would stay here again.

I recently planned a 3 day surprise stay Oct 9th- 11th for my partners birthday at this gorgeous apartment. The owners Joy & Terry are a delightful couple they are extremely professional and will ensure your stay at Ian Road is perfect.The booking process with Joy was a pleasure, without complication.If you are looking for a relaxed getaway or a romantic weekend on the Peninsular you have chosen perfectly this beautiful apt has it all peace, quiet and serenity.Entering the foyer you will discover the wow factor for what lies ahead upstairs the apt is everything you see on the website and more Exceptionally clean,Beautifully decor ed,Quality furnishings,Wonderful comfy beds, linens and towels a bathroom to get lost in and massage your worries away.A well stocked galley,pantry and fridge with all the breakfast essentials. How nice to sit back and relax with a good glass of red or a cold beer, in your own private

spa within your private outdoor area,this is a fantastic area for relaxing and also to cook up a gourmet meal on the BBQ.You will also enjoy the pool and deck area which is an outstanding relaxed resort style setting.Sit back and enjoy the bird-life in the area there are 2 resident kookaburras with their young in the large tree near the outdoor balcony they entertained us each morning over breakfast.The apt is extremely well located to all the peninsular beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.There are numerous maps, booklets, and brochures, provided to plan a great day of sightseeing from the many wineries, to the outdoor markets.This apt is truly the complete package for couples or families looking for a relaxing stay on the Peninsular. My partner and i are so looking forward to our return stay at Ian Road to once again enjoy the peace,serenity,and all of the amenities this beautiful apartment has to offer.We extend a very warm thank you to Joy & Terry for making our stay at Ian Road so perfect, relaxing and wonderful Viv & Eddy
