Sunny hilltop five acre secret hideaway in Milton !

Nestled on a sunny hill top, five minutes from Milton, Narawallee beach and Mollymook beach. Set on five secluded acres, facing north with views over prime dairy farms to the ocean and Narawallee inlet. At the end of a private road, Seaview is very peaceful, a secret hideaway; with no immediate neighbours (apart from twelve sheep and their new lambs) to break the serenity, a perfect escape. You will find it hard to leave the huge front verandah, as the views, day and night are mesmerising. For early birds it is wonderful to watch the sunrise over the ocean and listen to the bird song in the misty valley below. Equally impressive is watching the moon rise, the full moon over the ocean is a sight to behold.

Comfort is high on the agenda. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two king rooms, one queen room, one single room, and one room with two single beds. Perfect for one or two families, the extended family, or for nine friends!!

Recently renovated with polished timber floor boards a granite kitchen, and beautifully appointed. It has reverse cycle air conditioning and a slow combustion wood fire.There is a beautiful large dining table with twelve comfortable chairs.

Outside there is plenty of comfortable furniture with cushions, including a day bed. There are two large outdoor dining settings and a large Webber BBQ. Each table has its own umbrella.

Linen is provided with beds made up and bath towels, mat, washer, hand towels and tea towels.

There is a Caffitaly coffee machine. Pods can be purchased from Woolworths.

Seaview is the perfect location to base yourself for weddings at venues such as Cupitts or Bannisters. It is a short taxi ride to either venue and there is a shuttle bus taxi that can be prearranged. The Milton Ulladulla taxi number is .

You are welcome to taste the fruit from the orchard, including lemons, oranges, mandarins, apples and pears.

A small pantry is provided with salt and pepper, olive oil, tea and instant coffee, sugar, vinegar for cleaning the BBQ, paper towel and tooth picks.

A wheelbarrow of wood is provided in the winter. If you require more wood it can be purchased from Bunnings at Ulladulla.


There is much to do within easy access of Seaview farm.

It is only a five minute drive to either Mollymook or Narawalee beach and Narawallee Inlet. Small children love the still waters of the inlet. Enjoy paddle boarding or canoeing up the inlet. It is also nice to walk into town or to ride bikes to the beach.

There are plenty of walks along the coast or in the Budawang Ranges. A book of walking tracks is available in the house.

There are two golf courses in Mollymook. Hilltop is a championship course and Beachside is a nine hole public course.

Boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants and cafes can be found in Milton, Mollymook and Ulladulla. Milton has a historic theatre which hosts various well known bands and musicians. Ulladulla has a movie cinema.Dine at Bannisters in RIck Steins restaurant or have a pizza and a cocktail at the Pool Bar.


There are plenty of areas to relax both outside and inside.

Outside, follow the sun or shade around the house. Children can play on the large grassy areas in the garden. There is a large shallow POND in the front garden, small children need to be supervised.

Inside, there are two flat screen TVs and two DVD players.

Games are provided with a separate table for cards or board games. There are two lounge areas, one with a TV and a separate sitting area where you may enjoy chatting or lying on the lounge and reading a book or magazine from the shelves.


Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed nine. Fees will apply for excess guests.

Parties and Functions are STRICTLY prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Recycling must be adhered to and separated accordingly into seperate containers. Only rubbish generated in the house may be placed in the rubbish bin. Discarded personal items such as beach umbrellas must not be dumped.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A late check out is available if prearranged with the owner except for in peak periods where check-out time is strictly 10am to allow time to prepare the property for new guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Family getaway

We had a fabulous time at Seaview farm. There is plenty of room for the family and the grandparents. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved being near enough to the beach to drive down for a quick swim but then being able to retreat to the peace and tranquility of the farm for an afternoon drink on the veranda while musing over the view.

Lovely comfortable home.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaview Farm. The view from the house on top of the hill is magnificent and you are only 5 minutes from Milton and all its shops. The house has 5 bedrooms and is very comfortable with super comfy beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. Having 3 bathrooms made life very easy. Another lounge in the TV area would have been welcome. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great property

We just had another fantastic stay at Seaview Farm in Milton. We were lucky to have some fabulous winter weather but also got to make use of the cozy fireplace.

Great location, plenty of amenities, rooms and space at this lovely house.

Peaceful Retreat

Had a wonderful, relaxed and peaceful few days at Seaview Farm. The house was spacious, clean and tidy and everything was provided. The view is spectacular and provides a sense of calm and tranquility whilst still being so close to everything. Just moments to Mollymook, Milton and Ulludulla we close to everything we wanted to do and see. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful home

Excellent weekend accomodation

We stayed for a weekend as we had a family wedding in the area and it was the perfect location. Relaxing and very comfortable accommodation with plenty of bathrooms for a large group to share! Thanks also for the celebratory bottle of bubbles in the fridge on arrival! Will definitely stay again.
