There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and a sofa in the sunroom which opens out to a double bed if an extra bed is needed. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the 2 upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and separate toilet. The lounge room and sun room both have a TV & DVD player. 2 of the bedrooms have a TV.
The new kitchen is well stocked with all those essentials such as paper towel, glad wrap, alfoil, dishwasher tablets, oil, vinegar, sauces, sugar, tea & coffee, salt, pepper & spices.
Linen - 100% cotton is provided & beds will be made up for you. Towels & beach towels are provided.
The backyard is fully fenced and secure.

Take the short track directly in front of the house down the headland face to North Mollymook Beach or, for the less agile, walk back down Mitchell Parade to the public access stairs down to Beach Road & the beach.
Mollymook Beach is a five minute walk while Rick Stein's famous restaurant and Bannisters Pizza and Cocktail Bar is just around the corner.
Mollymook Shopping centre with one of the best restaurants in the area, Tallwood Eatery , and the new Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop bar and restaurant is less than 1 km.
There is also The Mollymook Bowling Club & Mollymook Golf Club nearby.
Narrawallee Beach and Inlet are just a short drive away, as is the historic township of Milton, Ulladulla CBD, shops, entertainment and facilities.
A bit further afield is famous Pigeon House Mountain, Pebbly Beach and miles of National Parks to enjoy!
Mollymook Beach is one of the South Coast's most popular beaches. This golden stretch of sand has ideal conditions for experienced surfers, body surfers and anyone keen to learn how to surf. Headlands at either end of the beach offer protection on windy days. Grassy reserves behind the beach are perfect for picnics, relaxing and watching the kids at play. "The reef" is where serious surfers head to while safe swimming for small children can be found at Narrawallee Inlet and the Bogey Hole.
Mollymook has two very scenic golf courses - the 9-hole Beachside Course on the southern end of the beach and the 18-hole Hilltop Course, in a bushland setting by the ocean. Mollymook Bay teems with marine life and includes resident dolphins. Fishing and whale watching are popular activities at Mollymook.
Ulladulla & Milton
Ulladulla is a vibrant town with shops, banks, restaurants, clubs, picture theatre, library, harbour with its fishing fleet, leisure centre with gym and indoor/outdoor pools, squash, tennis, golf, fishing, scuba diving.
Climb Pigeon House mountain, charter a fishing boat, go bush walking.
Ulladulla is a 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney and Canberra.
