Private Apartments on level 8 and 28 of Tower 1, located on 1 Oracle Blvd, Broadbeach, Qld.

Both have excellent ocean views. Both are '2 brm Ocean' style apartment, with large balconies, each offering great views North, East and South (depending on whether level 8 or 28).

Both apartments have 2 brms and 2 bathrooms, and a separate laundry and dressing room. They are the largest 2 brm-Plan in the Oracle, with 137 sq.m. – most 2 brm apts are 127 sq.m.

THESE NEW APARTMENTS have wall-mounted TVs in the living area, and a wall-mounted TVs in the main brm.

Each has one secure car park. Everything is new and modern..

Book with us because we GUARANTEE LEVEL 8 or 28 in Tower 1 as shown in the photos provided. Book with others, and you get what's available when you check in!

ALSO, we can generally offer a cheaper price than the onsite manager. Compare prices. Please check with us before you book with anyone else at the Oracle!

Note that we do not provide a daily service and mini bar facilities like Peppers, the onsite manager does. There's a big bottle store right opposite the Oracle!

We are not "Peppers", the onsite letting agent. To check their services & prices, search for "Peppers Broadbeach" or "Wotif Peppers Broadbeach".

We are a private owner, and can provide a more economical and personal service.

Note that when you get the keys, you can access ALL the resort’s facilities (only exception is the theatrette)..


The apartments have two kiddie lounge suites, and 3 children’s TV channels. Good to get kids settled on their lounge suit, and glued to the TV, while tired and harried parents can unpack and get organized!

Directly opposite the Oracle is a huge park, and within this park is an enclosed children’s playground of some 1.4 hectare. It is extremely popular as it has a large number of attractions for kids..


The Oracle Development settled at the end of 2010. It has 507 apartments, divided between Tower One (50 floors) and Tower Two (40 floors).

This is the newest and best development in the Gold Coast, and far superior to Soul and Hilton in Surfers Paradise - but who wants to stay in Surfers? It is also far superior to the tired old “The Wave” resort in Broadbeach, 100 meters away.

Avoid the OLD resorts, like The Wave, Aria, Air on Broadbeach and Broadbeach on the Park (and on the Gold Coast Hwy). NOTE: there is a new high rise going up 100 meters from The Wave!

The Oracle Development’s two Towers are distinctive and recognized as Broadbeach landmarks - like Q1 Building in Surfers Paradise. We provide a photo taken by us of the two Oracle Towers from the beach. Everything about this development is five star. It has a huge guest lounge, two pools, state-of-the-art Gym and Zen gardens with BBQ area.
