Keep St Geo/SGU a Secret & this Place Too!!

My wife and I for three years have stayed here from mid Jan to end of March. The place is great topped only better by the mgt, any problem, it is professionally addressed & fixed. Everything on one floor, very high ceiling which is typical of this structure, SGU weather sunny, sunny & spectacular when it rains, sleets or snows at times. Location is < 5" from best upscale grocery store in SGU. Hidden feature of SGU is the culture due to very high concentration of LDS. Yes, we booked this place again for 2018!

Just love SGU and our rental home away from our three season home in WI (also note United has direct flight from DEN, and no LAS stress in SGU

We love staying here!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property for a run in St. George and we loved it just as much as the first time. It is clean, well laid out, classy, quiet, and affordable. We love having a kitchen and gated property. The pool is great, the internet connects easily, and the location is very convenient without being in the middle of the city. The 'guest room' is more like a guest apartment, separated from the master bedroom and twin-beds. Works great for two families.

More beautiful than the pictures!

Any property can be made to look good with a good photographer, this place is BEAUTIFUL - even better than it looks in the pictures ! We even had bunnies in the backyard quite often ! That being said there were a few drawbacks: The pool is across a rather busy street (I would not let the kids go to the pool alone for this reason...), and both the master king bed and adjoining queen bed could use new a mattress (they each noticeably sagged toward the middle of the bed - this is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating). To end on a happy note: The property was VERY clean and well-maintained, the 3rd bedroom layout is "different", be sure to remember the description so you won't have to call the property owner to find it (we felt stupid because it took us 10 minutes to find because we initially thought it was an adjoining property...). We should have booked the property prior to obtaining our Tuacahn tickets (would have saved us $$$). Xetava Gardens Cafe is a great place for dinner prior to the show & Kanarra Creek Trail – commonly referred to as Kanarraville Falls – is a very rewarding hike that takes you up a canyon just south of Cedar City. Very much worth the drive (about 40 minutes each way), did it with 2 kids (ages 5 & 8) and 4 adults. The kids said "It was the BEST hike they have EVER been on!" Just under 5 miles round trip and very similar to the narrows in Zion once you get into the canyon & water (hahaha) There is even a waterfall that everyone must climb up ! (there is a ladder so it is not too difficult - but getting past the second waterfall is much more difficult - I think 90% of the people who hike the canyon do not even attempt that one...)

We take our guests input very seriously and strive to always make improvements so that our guests have the best experience while staying in our vacation homes. We've replaced the King Mattress in the Master Bedroom with a brand new, top of the line mattress.

The Tuacahn Center for the performing arts hosts 'Broadway in the Desert'. This year featuring Disney's The Little Mermaid and The Wizard of Oz.

The Canyons Softball Complex is less than a mile from your front door.
