This magnificent historical property (circa 1910) boasts traditional elegance and original features alongside the convenience of contemporary living. This superior home is centrally located in Cessnock and only a five-minute walk from the town centre. The property is ideal for 2 to 8 guests, for a single night through to a long stay.

'Tara-Lee' sleeps up to 8 people in the following configuration: 2 queen sized beds, 1 double bed, 1 king single bed, 1 sofa bed. There is also a single fold-away bed in the main bedroom and a fold-away cot.

Relax and cool off in the magnificent pool and enjoy the views to the mountains out on the back verandah and BBQ area.

'Tara-Lee' boasts its original timber flooring, high timber ceilings, open fire-place in the formal dining room, stained glass and patterned glass windows, french doors to the side and rear verandas, original wood-fuel kitchen stove and oven, modern kitchen appliances including gas cooktop, ducted air conditioning throughout, gas heating and a fully-equiped kitchen.

There is lock-up garage parking for 3-4 cars. The home is spacious and well-equipped with superior kitchen appliances and TV, blu-ray, surround sound system. You will certainly enjoy your stay in the Hunter in this outstanding home.

1) Standard Weekend: arrive on Friday and depart on Sunday - $980

2) Long Weekends: weekend plus 1 night $1,180, plus 2 nights $1,280, plus 3 nights $1,380, plus 4 nights $1,480

3) Two Night Mid-Week: $680

4) Three Night Mid-Week: $780

5) Four Night Mid-Week: $880

6) Five Night Mid-Week: $980

7) Single Weeknights (Sunday through to Thursday): $520 per night

8) Single Weekend Night (Friday or Saturday) or Public Holiday* nights: $620 per night

9) Week (7 nights): $1,580

10) 8 or more nights: rate based on $220 per night

* minimum 2 night stay for public holidays.

A deposit of $300 is payable within 72 hours to secure your booking. The balance of the accommodation fee is payable 7 days prior to your arrival or 30 days prior if paying through Stayz On-Line. Please refer to the booking terms and conditions you will receive upon booking. Payment may be made using Stayz on-line (credit cards accepted) or by direct deposit/transfer. All fees and charges are included in the tariff if payment is made by direct deposit. Please nominate your preferred payment method at the time of booking.

A 10% discount applies for repeat bookings where payment is made by direct deposit.
