Hidden behind the convict built stone and brick exterior is "FIFTEEN"".

Lovely Oak flooring with stylish designer leather couches and hip interiors .

The location is only 10 minutes walk from the city CBD and 50 metres to Salamanca and is perfect for the executive traveller or tourist looking for a quality accommodation with privacy and convenience.

All brand new, stone top kitchen with gas cooking and new bathroom . Good gas log fire heating and fully self contained with all the mod cons. Cafes minutes away.

There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with a queen bed and a single , both located on the first floor accessible by a flight of stairs not suitable for elderly people or if you are mobility impaired, These stairs are typical of the Georgian period and more inclined than standard stairs, so please don't book if stairs are a problem.

NOTE : Please confirm if twin or triple , as the second bedroom may be locked off if not required.

***** NBN Wifi Internet is available free of charge. .

We would appreciate it if you only used the internet for basic emails and booking details , and not for big downloads and extended games .

***** We do charge an additional $40 cleaning charge for one night bookings.

Private rear decks and free off street parking directly behind the house.

The price is unbeatable and we also offer great discounts for booking a week.

On paying the deposit you shall be given the address and key code to access the property with a self check in, or if you supply ETA your host can also meet you at the arranged time.

It would help us immensely if you could notify us previously, if you know you are leaving before your actual checkout time of 10am on departure day . This will assist our cleaner's arrangements.

We take great care in providing you privacy and an enjoyable stay.

Our guests always come back to enjoy "FIFTEEN" for the comfort, location, value and style.

We prefer an EMAIL ONLY as we often can't take calls . Although Stayz will send an email saying call the owner , the request via email is a better choice, unless you have a problem.

A great stay in a period house in the heart of Battery Point. Great access to Salamanca Place and the Markets. Having a car space was a real bonus. I will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at Fifteen. Period two up two down with modern conveniences. Negotiated the stairs no worries. Very clean with good amenities. Exceptionally well located. Ideal base to explore Hobart.

Fantastic Position

As a couple visiting Hobart, this was the perfect little place to stay for is fantastic location. The main gas heater was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous house

We had a wonderful stay at 15 Battery Point. The cottage is 180 years old, the floorboards are divine and staircase steep, fun and described perfectly in property description. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is fine. It is well equipped with everything you need and there is even ia little deck out the back. The location is perfect for exploring the area and is a short distance from a Salamanca and lots of wine bars, pubs, eateries and galleries. We walked everywhere. The driveway to get to the car park at the back is a little tight but we managed to get our Toyota Land Cruiser into it with little problem so don't let this put you off. And what a bonus having off street parking. I would highly recommend this property, it is quaint and has everything you need. We loved our stay.
